Well furnished and very comfortable apartment; the standard price is for 3 people but the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people; for each additional person you pay an extra € 15 per night. The apartment is part of a complex of terraced houses, composed as follows: 1 double bedroom a comfortable and well furnished living room with comfortable double sofa bed, with a 40 inch LED TV, equipped kitchen, with crockery, dishwasher, oven, kettle , refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, 1 bathroom and a terrace, washing machine and bed linen, safe. Near the sea (200 meters), reachable on foot in 5 minutes. Independent heating and air conditioning. Apartment located in a well served area with supermarket, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacy, bank at 50 mt. Near the historical center. WIFI free; PUBLIC parking free, IN AREA.

Cozy, Beachy Space to enjoy Tropea!

Giuseppe is the epitome of southern Italy kindness! He greeted us upon arrival and provided a thorough explanation of the apartment, as well as recommendations for beaches, restaurants, etc. The location was great - up the hill from one of the main beaches, and about a 10 minute walk to the center of town. We would definitely stay again!

Nice place and convenient to explore Tropea region

Clean, modern, very well-equipped (AC, dishwasher, full kitchen, washing machine, etc) - just as described. Easy walk to centro and the beach. Two grocery stores within 3 minute walk. Guiseppe was a nice and helpful host.

Fantastic stay

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The apartment was exactly as advertised. Great amenities and location. We stayed 11days and did not need a thing as all was welll equipped and very clean. The host Giuseppe was exceptional. Super responsive helped us rent a car, book reservations and picked us up and toured to the area to get familiar. I am certain we will come back. We have stayed many vrbo and hotels around the world i give my highest recommendations for Mottola. Thank you Dr Giuseppe!

Absolutely perfect!

Centrally located in a more quiet part of town this fabulous apartment is easy walking distance to supermarkets pharmacies banks and most of all the old city with tons of restaurants and shops. Ultra modern and clean, well stocked - we were suppled with a huge bowl of fresh fruit, water and wine. Guiseppe is the most gracious host, he picked us up at the train station on arrival and ordered a cab for us on our departure. The beaches are a short walk from the apartment with chair and umbrella rentals and fabulous cafes to have lunch or dinner and watch the sunset. We were sad to leave!! Next time we will stay longer. Guiseppe thank you so much for sharing your lovely apartment and being a fantastic host !!
