Stay at Villa Tereza

We stayed here with a group of 13 (including 7 kids) at the turn of July and August 2025, and had an amazing time. The house is very spacious, fully equipped, and honestly looks even better in real life than in the pictures. The pool was a huge hit, especially with the kids. Everything we needed was there, and the communication with the owner, Anton, was excellent – he’s a great guy and super helpful. A perfect place for a relaxing family holiday in Malinska – highly recommended!

Admirable and clean accommodation!

Wir haben zu fünft ende Juni eine Woche dort verbracht. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Due Terasse mut dem grossen Tisch und der Pool sind die Highlights. Würden wir wieder buchen.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Die Lage der Unterkunft war super. Es war ruhig und nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß ans Meer. Das Haus ist modern und schön. Der große Hof bietet viel Platz und kann mit einem Tor geschlossen werden. Hinter dem Haus ist eine große Terrasse mit überdachter Sitzgelegenheit für mehrere Personen. Es gibt viele Liegen, einen Grill und einen tollen Pool. Der Pool ist mit Süßwasser befüllt, er war sauber und hatte eine angenehme Temperatur. Die Räume im Haus waren modern und schön eingerichtet. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Einizige Minuspunkte waren Schimmel in der Küche an der Decke. Der schwarze Fleck wurde immer größer im Laufe unseres Aufenthaltes. Bei Ankunft war es nur leicht zu sehen und offensichtlich vorher gesäuert worden. Vermutlich war der Balkon am oberen Stockwerk undicht und es gelangt Wasser in die Wand. Auch das Sofa roch etwas modrig. Wenn es regnet riecht es aus den Abflüssen im Bad etwas nach abgestandenem Wasser, was nicht so schlimm war. Bis auf den Schimmel alles Top

Ein tolles Haus mit wundervollem Pool und alles was man braucht. Perfekt für 2 Familien mit jeweils 2 Kindern. Ein kleiner Bäckerstand ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt, das Meer mit tollen kleinen Buchten und kleinem Hafen 7 Gehminuten. Richtig toll, toller Vermieter mit super Kommunikation.

High-end vacation!

Exzellente Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage in Nähe zu Restaurants und Wasser. Der Gastgeber ist super zu erreichen und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und noch sogar geräumiger als es die Fotos vermuten lassen! die Ausstattung ist makellos.
