GOLF: Golf course Novo Sancti Petri Golf Club is a 36 holes course with an additional 18 holes (El Campano)available via a short transfer provided by the club. Other clubs in the proximity include Golf Montecastillo, Golf Dehesa de Montenmedio, Golf Benalup, among others.

HORSES: There is a long standing tradition of fine Andalusian horses being bred and kept in the area, and the Royal Andalusian Equestrian School (featuring twice weekly shows of dancing stallions) is in Jerez, nearby. In addition, Dehesa de Montenmedio has the capacity to host over a1,000 horses and many of the top notch competition horses from around the world spend winters there. On another level, a horse ride at the beach on the sunset is an unforgettable experience.

Wieder wunderbarer Urlaub in Novo Sancti Petri

Zum 2.mal waren wir in dem Haus von Pilar und haben uns wieder sehr wohlgefühlt! Vor allem die Terasse mit dem herrlichen Ausblick haben wir sehr genossen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Schöne Location in toller Lage

Rundum zufrieden. Sehr schöne und großzügige Wohnung mit herrlichem Gartenblick und kurze Wege zum Strand (700 m). Gute Verkehrsanbindung. Vermieter (Hausverwaltung) war ständig erreichbar und bei Problemen wurde sehr schnell und professionell für Abhilfe gesorgt. Die riesige Küche hat alles geboten was man benötigt.

Sehr schöne und komfortable Unterkunft. Ideal für Strand und Golf Urlaub

Die Kommunikation ist einwandfrei und alle Angaben stimmen. Das Objekt liegt mitten in Noco Sancti Petri, aber dennoch ruhig direkt am Golfplatz. Es gibt einen gemeinschaftspool. Der Strand ist fußläufig in ca 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Novo Center mit kleinen Geschäften, einer Apotheke und einem kleinen Supermarkt ebenfalls. Eine Notfallambulanz gibt es in Novo ebenfalls. Diese ist auch in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Objekt hat ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett. Und zwei weitere Schlafzimmer mit jeweils zwei Einzelbetten. Hinzu kommen drei Badezimmer. Eins im Erdgeschoss und zwei im Oberegeschoss. Die Küche ist riesig und hat einen Esstisch. Zudem kann man auf der Terasse Essen. Diese ist ab morgens bis Abends Sonnig. Wenn es zu warm werden sollte kann man eine Markise ausfahren. Für den Mietwagen gibt es vor dem Haus einen Parkplatz. Dieser ist durch ein Tor geschützt. Es war alles sauber und wir hatten einen wirklich entspannten Urlaub. Wir kommen definitiv sehr gerne wieder.

Perfekter Urlaub in Novo Sancti Petri

Wir haben uns in dem großen Reihenhaus sehr wohl gefühlt! Per WhatsApp vorab wurde uns der Weg beschrieben und genaue Uhrzeit ausgemacht. Ein netter Empfang mit allen Erklärungen zum Haus und schon konnte der Urlaub beginnen. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig vom Platz her und genau wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Das Auto haben wir direkt vor dem Haus innerhalb der geschlossenen Anlage parken können, was wir als sehr vorteilhaft wegen dem Gepäck und den Einkäufen empfunden haben. Einzig allein die Mücken haben uns geärgert, die uns Abends leider in großer Anzahl attakiert haben. Mückenschutz an den Fenstern und Türen wäre von großem Vorteil. Ansonsten können wir das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Leuke mooie woning, dichtbij strand . Zwembad van 4-11 juni niet officieel open , maar wel beschikbaar. De woning heeft een grote complete keuken. Overal is airco en het terras is geweldig. Al met al een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Wat kan er beter.: Er waren geen wijnglazen…… In Spanje !,

Remarkable stay!

We were very happy in this property. It was secure, spacious, clean and with everything you need. Our kids enjoyed the huge garden and the terrace. We were the whole month of May 2021 and most of the other houses were empty. The swimming pool is open only on July and August but you can access out of this date at your own responsibility. Internet was OK, it was good enough for us to work and make video conferences 15 mb/s. Be aware that the house has all the internet installations but you have to pay to receive the signal. It is very easy to make the payment/connection and it is not expensive, we paid 20 euros for 1 month to Cabisur provider, you can also pay by day or week. The area is very beautiful, very green and without huge invasive building. Playa la Barrosa is really an amazing loooooong beach, perfect for walking and relax. Be aware that sometimes it can be very windy in the area, viento del Levante and Poniente.

Sehr geräumiges, sauberes Haus in dem es an nichts fehlt, mit toller Terrasse und eigenem Parkplatz. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, nur der Pool war leider nicht zugänglich was sehr schade war, zumindest für die Kinder. Internet gibt es auch nur gegen Bezahlung & da zumal nur auf spanisch buchbar echt ärgerlich. Sonst aber eine Spitzen Empfehlung!!!

Sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage !

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Die Ausstattung ist top und es fehlte uns an nichts. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die ruhige und fußläufige Strandlage.Auch der Pool war sehr schön und wir haben ihn meist allein genossen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder ! Besonderer Dank gilt Rosalia die uns, trotz später Ankunft, sehr freundlich willkommen geheißen und uns ebenso freundlich auch wieder verabschiedet hat !

Ruhe und Entspannung

Wer es im Winter ruhig sucht, unabhängig und motorisiert ist, der kann sich in dem Haus wohlfühlen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man in einem normalen Haushalt benötigt. Die Wohnbereiche können über eine Klimaanlage beheizt werden, die große Küche allerdings ist davon ausgenommen. Vielen Dank an Auxi, die engen Kontakt hält und sich schnell um eventuelle Probleme kümmert. Die Außenanlagen werden extern betreut. WLAN kann man sich über einen lokalen Provider im Internet buchen. Bei Ausfällen kommt hier der Techniker kurzfristig zur verabredeten Zeit und ist pünktlich. Deutsche TV-Programme gibt es nicht, lassen sich aber eh verschmerzen. Wenn möglich, komme ich wieder.

Gracias por las amables palabras con Axi. Aunque la cocina no tiene el sistema de aire caliente, si dispone de un radiador eléctrico para el invierno. La conexión a Internet es muy práctica para ver los canales de TV de cualquier país, bien en tu portátil o también conectándolo al aparato de TV mediante cable HDMI o VGA. Nos alegramos que haya disfrutado de la estancia y esperamos tenerle de nuevo con nosotros. Un saludo Auxi y Pilar
