Practical and central apartment located on the second line of the sea in the heart of Riells on the fifth floor with elevator, it has a living-dining room, kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a balcony with a small table, two chairs and all the (mojitos) you want, with views of the Gulf of Roses where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets.

It is very close to restaurants, shops and supermarkets just a few meters from the beach to enjoy long walks or play sports.

With more than seven kilometers of coastline, Escala can surely offer you a corner that suits the tastes of any swimmer. From wide sandy beaches with all kinds of services around them, to small pebble coves surrounded by pine forests and cliffs. Some are the starting point of channels for swimming in the open sea and others with a wide range of sports or a particular interest in scuba diving, without forgetting unique characteristics such as swimming or sunbathing alongside more two thousand years of Greek history. Une honte.....un taudis plutĂŽt qu'un appartement cosy

Cet appartement ne devrait pas ĂȘtre mis Ă  la location! Le titre de l'annonce est mensonger.....la seul chose vraie, c'est la vue imprenable sur la mer, mais balcon pour 2 max! Sinon la liste est longue de choses qui toutes accumulĂ©es ont prĂ©cipitĂ© mon dĂ©part, je n'en pouvais plus. Niveau sĂ©curitĂ©: 3 fenĂȘtres sur 4 ne ferment pas, dont une qui se dĂ©gonde et qui va finir par tomber et l'autre, qui tient avec une petite cuillĂšre, l'interphone ne fonctionne pas, pas de sortie de bain et une inondation jusqu'Ă  la chambre aprĂšs une douche, j'ai failli tomber, ouvre-bouteilles rouillĂ©; niveau propretĂ©: matelas plein de tĂąches, housses d'oreillers, de canapĂ©, de coussins et rideaux lavĂ©s il y a une Ă©ternitĂ© (tous plein de tĂąches), odeur pestilentielle dans la salle de bain, mĂȘme aprĂšs aĂ©ration, tĂąche de saletĂ© sur les murs, fiente sur le rebord des fenĂȘtres, os pour chien et petite culotte retrouvĂ©s dans un tiroir ET mĂ©nage trĂšs superficiel Ă  mon arrivĂ©e (poussiĂšre non faites, bouloches de poils sous tous les meubles et le lit...); niveau confort: quasi tous les meubles sont cassĂ©s (pas de poignĂ©e, qui ne ferment pas, dĂ©foncĂ©s), pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain et la chambre, les volets roulants ne ferment pas en entier, des lampes sans ampoule, pas de prise de courant pour les lampes de chevet, le lit grimce et casse le dos, pas de couteau Ă  viande, pas d'essoreuse Ă  salade, pas de sĂšche-vaisselle en Ă©tat de fonctionnement....et pour finir des courants d'air Ă  n'en plus finir.

Le premiers il y avais pas de lampe fonctionnelle. Mauvais odeur dans la salle de bain. Pas trĂšs propre. Le lit craque on dort trĂšs mal. T'envoie pour le linge rouiller et caser. En bref je ne recommande pas du tout.

Das absolut schönste ist die Aussicht. Das Objekt ist leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung ließ sehr zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig. Hatte es in der Agentur gemeldet. Sie bot an eine Putzfrau zu schicken. Aber bis dahin hatte ich es selbst sauber gemacht

Un appartement conforme Ă  nos attentes

Immeuble vétuste de 5 étages mais bien situé, face à la mer et à 200m d'une super plage. Ascenseur et clim réversible, places de parking à cÎté, mais payantes en haute saison. Appartement bien aménagé, propre et rénové : Grand frigo avec vrai congélateur, plaques vitrocéramiques, vrai four, hote aspirante, lave linge....et le tout fonctionne. Seuls bémols : trÚs petit balcon (on peut y manger à 2), SdeB et WC accessibles par la chambre, matelas comportant beaucoup de taches douteuses (à changer). En résumé, appartement sympa pour 2 pers, et agence à l'écoute et réactive aux petits problÚmes signalés
