Bryn Neigr - pronounced 'Brin Nigh-grr' is located at the Boat-pool with a garden gate that leads directly onto the beach and boasting breathtaking views from almost every room.

This three bedroomed period cottage is a superb choice for family or friend groups holidaying with toddlers and grandparents, as most of the rooms are located on the ground floor - no stairs required. Plus, its peaceful location within an easy stroll to the centre of Rhosneigr village, means everything is close to hand.

The spacious living room with its wood flooring, huge comfy sofas, and beautiful period fireplace is the perfect relaxing environment to cosy up after dinner.

In the summer months, you can open up the windows and let in the cool and pleasant sea breeze and in the autumn-winter season, you can enjoy a roaring fire and catch up on your favourite series on the large flat-screen TV or just enjoy the dramatic sea views from the large windows.

From the living room, head up the staircase to the cosy snug room which features a resident telescope. Enjoy your evenings star-gazing and taking in the coastal views from above. This is also a great teenager hang-out space.

What's to know: Bryn Neigr sleeps six guests and is pet-friendly, welcoming one well-behaved dog. However, the owner has allergies and therefore the pet is allowed in the kitchen and garden only.

The sizeable kitchen diner with utility room beyond is fully equipped and has lots of work surfaces plus the dining table for you to prep breakfast, lunch and dinner. Or prepare a fun picnic to take to the beach.

The kitchen leads out onto the beautiful lawned, and enclosed garden. There is an outside toilet with basin; this can be located outside the utility door and on the left.



Sleeping arrangements

All of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor. Perfect for toddlers or guests who have difficulty with stairs.

There is an en suite master bedroom with gorgeous views to the beach. The en suite features a shower over bath, washbasin and toilet.

There are two further twin bedrooms to the front of the property which share a family bathroom with a shower over a bath, washbasin and toilet.



Glorious beach garden

We adore the garden at Bryn Neigr. The beautiful lawned space is ideal for little guests and four-legged family members to run around playing tag. Or to sit outside with your morning coffee while relaxing to the sound of the waves.

There is direct access to the beach and you can even keep your paddle surf or kayak here and head straight out for a morning paddle, perfect!

The Nitty Gritty
Bryn Neigr is pet-friendly, welcoming one well-behaved pet who must stay in the kitchen and garden, due to the owner's allergies. The adjacent driveway offers off-road parking for two cars with gated access to the garden and beach access beyond. The property provides one travel cot and one high chair only - We don't provide a travel cot mattress and cot linen.

All about Rhosneigr

Winner of the Green Coast seaside award, Rhosneigr is a lovely village situated on the beautiful west coast of Anglesey. It's a fantastic location no matter the weather or season.

The village has two brilliant golden sand beaches, which are great for water sports, particularly wind and kite surfing. In fact, Rhosneigr has become a windsurfing and kite surfing mecca attracting enthusiasts from all over Britain.

Around the island, there are lots of other pretty coves and bays where you can enjoy open swimming and safe child-friendly bathing, beach strolls, rock pool exploring and sandcastle competitions!

Cycling is another great way to explore the island with a 120-mile perimeter to explore and plenty of rural trails so that you can explore the scenic countryside. The countryside stretches for miles inland with magnificent views of the Snowdonia Mountains and Llyn Peninsula.

Rhosneigr village itself has a great selection of restaurants and friendly bars, it even has a chip shop if you fancy fish and chips on a Friday. And so that you don't have to eat out every day during your holiday, the local general stores provide everything you need to cook and dine at home.

Rhosneigr also has a surf shop (also offering lessons) and other shops that you would expect to find on the coast.

Fancy a round of golf? Anglesey Golf Club is just five minutes drive from Rhosneigr village!

Located 15 minutes from the A55, Holyhead 10 miles, Bangor 22 miles and the base of Snowdon is only 40 minutes away (with the wind behind you!).

Anglesey is a great destination for any holiday with so much to offer: beautiful landscapes, gorgeous coastal walks, water sports and family activities galore, as well as cultural and monumental attractions for those looking to learn more about the history of the region.
