House with authentic charm, five minutes walk from the center of a village with many shops and a market of local produce twice a week. Located a quarter of an hour from downtown Montpellier and twenty minutes from the beaches.
The house includes:
- A very large living room of 75 m2 with mezzanine and adjoining dining room.
- A parental suite on the ground floor
- Upstairs a bedroom with double bed and another with 3 single beds including 2 bunk. A baby bed.
- a fully equipped kitchen
- A bathroom upstairs.
- A shower room adjoining the ground floor bedroom.
- Separate toilets in the R.D.C.
The garden is equipped to allow to rest in the shade or in the sun, to take advantage of the privative swimming pool and to take all its meals outside in order to make the most of its holidays.
It is a 10-minute drive to the free Lunaret Zoo, which allows you to discover all of its wildlife in a shady environment and to do different walks.
You can explore the old town of Montpellier and its activities (restaurants, museums, shopping, etc ...); as well as in the west, towns of Sète, Béziers, Pézenas (the city of Molière) and Agde ..
The house is also ideally located to discover all the typical villages of the north of Montpellier: Saint-Guilhem the desert (one of the most beautiful villages of France), Saint-Martin of London, the Matelles, as well as the exceptional sites of the valley of the Hérault, the caves of Clamouse and Demoiselles and the circus of Navacelle.
You can also swim in fresh water by joining the Hérault Valley and its natural pools near the village of Saint-Bauzille de Putois.

Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances dans un endroit de rêve . Belle maison de style provençal, très bien entretenue et très confortable

A quelques encablures de Montpellier dans un joli quartier résidentiel. La maison est spacieuse, calme et bien équipée. Jardin avec une très belle piscine et des coins pour manger à l'ombre. L'ensemble est très bien entretenu. Idéal pour passer de bons moments en famille ou entre amis.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans la maison de Sylvie, tout était parfait : le jardin, la maison, la piscine. Il était facile de garder une température agréable dans la maison. Maison de famille pleine de charme

Maison vaste et bien équipée dans laquelle il fait bon passer des vacances en famille. La piscine est très agréable et le jardin joliment fleuri. Le village est tout proche. Même en l'absence de climatisation, la maison reste fraiche et ventilée. (Seul bémol : s'agissant d'une maison de vacances, l'insonorisation entre les pièces n'est pas optimal !) Nous aurons plaisir à y revenir.

Schöner Urlaub in in einem Haus voller Charme

Wir durften 14 Tage in dem wunderschönen Haus von Sylvie verbringen. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und voller Charme. Besonders gefallen hat uns der herrliche Garten mit seinem alten Baumbstand und den vielen schattigen Plätzen. Sylvie war eine hervorragende Gastgeberin, die jederzeit mit Rat un Tat zur Seite stand. Vielen Dank, dass wir14 Tage in diesem tollen Haus verbringen konnten.

Très belles vacances en famille ❤️

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette région que nous ne connaissions pas. La maison est idéalement située entre Montpellier et les Cévennes (que c'est beau !). La première impression quand nous arrivons est ce magnifique jardin. Durant tous le séjour, nous avons eu la sensation d'être isolés comme dans un cocoon. Et nous en avons profité car nous n'avons pas eu un seul jour de pluie ! Pas un seul jour où les enfants n'étaient pas dans la piscine. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée pour toute une famille. Ayant des problèmes de santé, je n'ai pas souffert une seule fois à mon réveil, puisque la literie est de bonne qualité. La propriétaire et la personne qui nous accueille à l'arrivée, Julien, sont très prévenants et toujours joignables. Le tout petit bémol, ce sont les moustiques (mais ils n'y sont pour rien). Mais pas d'inquiétudes, dans la pharmacie de Montferrier, ils ont tout ce qu'il faut pour s'en prémunir de manière naturelle et ça fonctionne plutôt bien (oubliez les prises, ça ne fonctionne pas 😭). Bref, une villa familiale 5 étoiles. Les paysages sont absolument sublimes. Nous vous conseillons d'aller jusqu'au cirque de Navavelle, quelle claque !

Belle découverte

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Les enfants et les adultes ont pris en main rapidement la maison comme si nous la connaissions depuis des années. Sylvie nous avait laissé un livre d'accueil pour connaître le bon fonctionnement des lieux. Maison spacieuse, Jardin ombragé, piscine ultra simple d'utilisation. Un séjour relax et sans stress où tout le monde a pu se reposer et profiter également activement de la région. Le village est proche des plages et des visites à faire dans l'arrière pays. Merci beaucoup.

Parfait !

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans la maison de Sylvie. C’est une maison familiale très spacieuse et facile à vivre. On dispose de toutes les commodité pour passer une bon séjour ! Nous avons passé deux très bonnes semaines de vacances dans la maison de Mme Gaonach. La maison est très bien entretenue et parfaitement équipée. Le jardin est très agréable et la piscine est magnifique ! C'était des vacances reposantes, au calme dans cette belle région de Montpellier.

Tolles Haus für eine Familie mit Kindern

Aus Düsseldorf kommend, haben wir eine tolle Woche in diesem schönen Haus und Umgebung verbracht, Anfang Juli 2020. Sylvie, die Eigentümerin, war sehr zuvorkommend, was covid-19 anging -- wir hätten bis zur letzten Minute stornieren können; zum Glück nicht erforderlich. Das Haus ist liebevoll und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet -- die Fotos im Inserat versprechen nicht zuviel. Einige Einrichtungsgegenstände sind nicht mehr ganz neu, aber alles funktioniert. Unsere Kinder schliefen im oberen Bereich des Hauses, der sich tagsüber aufheizen kann. So muss man abends eine gute Balance finden zwischen "Fenster auf" und "Mücken draußen lassen", aber das kann man gut meistern. Der Garten und der Pool sind fantastisch und sehr gepflegt. Für uns war sehr wichtig, dass man den Pool schließen kann, damit kein Kind aus Versehen reinfällt, das funktioniert einwandfrei. Wir wollten bewusst ein Haus buchen, in dem man auch mal ein paar Tage bleiben kann, ohne mit dem Auto irgendwohin zu fahren, das hat sehr gut geklappt. Unter den schönen Bäumen im Garten findet man auch mittags noch ein schattiges Plätzchen. Der Pool / Gartenbereich ist von außen nicht einsehbar, ein weiteres Plus. Im Wohnzimmer steht ein funktionierender Flügel -- hier ist es vielleicht notwendig, mit den Kindern abzusprechen, ob oder wann sie spielen dürfen :-). Man kann in fünf Minuten zu Fuß in den Ortskern laufen, wo man unter anderem Baguettes und einen hervorragenden Metzger findet. Für ein richtig schönes Café muss man aber noch weiter fahren. Hier noch drei Tipps für Tagesausflüge, jeweils ca. 1 h Fahrzeit: - Uzès, ein Ort ca. 1 Stunde Richtung Osten, den man gut in drei bis vier Stunden zu Fuß erkunden kann. Dann auf dem Rückweg zur spektakulären Pont du Gard (ein Römer-Aquädukt) halten, wo man auch hervorragend im Fluss baden kann -- für uns viel angenehmer als im Mittelmeer. Der Ort hat bis Mitternacht offen (Parkplatz), wenn man kurz vor 16 h oder danach kommt, muss man keinen Eintritt mehr bezahlen. - Mittelmeer: den Strand bei Lattes fanden wir nicht so doll. schöner ist der von "Station Balnéaire de Frontignan-Plage", kann man gut verbinden mit einem Bummel nachmittags in der sehr lebendigen Kleinstadt Sète - Richtung Norden, landschaftlich sehr schön: die Höhle von Trabuc, danach in den Kletterpark "Perfume Adventure Park" (direkt um die Ecke), dort kann man auch im Fluss baden / plantschen, dann Abend essen im Städtchen Anduze.

Unterkunft perfekt

Wir haben 14 Tage Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Die Beschreibung des Objekts stimmt 100% ig mit dem vorgefundenen Haus überein. Der Empfang durch Alain und Chantal war sehr herzlich und beide hatten Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Wir haben uns in dieser Unterkunft mit tollem Pool sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Grande maison bien équipée, beau jardin et superbe piscine. A recommander!

Nous avons passé deux semaines agréables dans cette grande maison pleine de charme et décorée avec beaucoup de gout. Si les meubles sont partiellement très vieux, voir antiques, ils sont propres et fonctionnels et font une bonne partie du charme de cette maison exceptionnelle. A remarquer qu'elle ne manque d'aucun confort moderne comme lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, four, micro-ondes, télé, internet etc... Le jardin est entretenu par un jardinier très gentil qui passe 1x par semaine et en cas de problème quelconque Mme Calvas qui habite à deux pas vient les résoudre avec charme et efficacite. Nous avons passé de bons moments au soleil au bord la piscine grande et propre. Malheureusement le calme a été perturbé par moments par des travaux sur la route qui passe derrière la maison, mais ceci n'est pas de la faute des propriètaires et Mme Gaonach nous en avait averti à l'avance. En résumé nous pouvons recommander cet endroit sans restriction!

Maison de vacances très charmante et confortable. On a adoré l'ambiance vraiment authentique et personnalisée à l'intérieure de la maison ainsi que le beau jardin et la piscine à l'extérieure. Très bien située par rapport à Montpellier et autres sites culturels. Endroit superbe ou on a passé d'exellentes vacances. Propriétaires très sympathiques!

Maison de charme avec un beau jardin

La maison est charmante avec ses deux mezzanines et le jardin est agréable. On peut aller chercher le pain à pied au village , ce qui est appréciable. Les sanitaires devraient être rénovés (pas de vrai douche) et l'isolation améliorée entre la chambre du bas et celle du haut. La piscine est belle mais nous n'avons pas su l'utiliser car trop froide (20°) malgré un nouveau volet.

Das Haus liegt in einem sehr schönen kleinen Ort. Es ist alles vorhanden und sehr gepflegt. Geräumige Zimmer ein wunderschönes Wohnzimmer,eine große Küche und der Pool runden den Gesamteindruck ab.

Calme et tres bien equipee / Calm and very well equipped

Si vous voulez le calme, vous avez trouve la bonne maison. Tres beau jardin bien entretenu et propriete sans vis a vis, donc en plus du calme vous avez beaucoup d'intimite. La communications avec la proprietaire etait tres claire (Merci Mme Gaonach) et la reception par la voisine etait parfaite (Merci Mme Calvas). Mme Gaonach prend soin de repondre aux suggestions de ses locataires, donc s'il y a qque chose qui ne va pas, la prochaine fois ca sera repare. La maison est ancienne donc tout n'est pas parfait (certains carreaux fêlés, 2 des chaises long ont des cassures, il n'y a pas de climatiseur, le parquet du 1er etage fait du bruit) mais ceci dit, tout est oublie lorsque vous appreciez le calme, le beau jardin, l'electro-menager, beaucoup de chaise et de canapes, la tele, l'internet, et l'espace.... c'est une tres grande maison! A part ca, il y a qques minutes une tres bonne boulangerie, Le Peche Gourmand. Et une tres tres tres bonne pizzeria qui livre Aqui Pizza . Merci Mme Calvas pour la recommandation! On reviendra!

Belle maison, bien campée sur ses fondations, à l'intérieur harmonieux et équipée conformément au descriptif ; un jardin joliment fleuri, avec de beaux arbres. La personne chargée de l'accueil est formidable, le jardinier très aimable, et les propriétaires, bien qu'à distance, sont disponibles, avenants et efficaces.
