**Beautiful apartment with a sea view, located in the very heart of Calella de Palafrugell, just 50 meters from Canadell beach, with a parking place and a lift**.

This comfortable and functional apartment is in a nice building just one block from the beach. It has a spacious living room with an access to a pleasant terrace, where you will enjoy a lovely sea view. Modern fully equipped kitchen. With capacity for four people, there are two bedrooms: a suite with a double bed and a private bathroom and a bedroom with two single beds. Both bedrooms have access to the terrace. There is also a shower room.
