Nice property and the owners were great to work with. The only complaint would be that its right in town and the traffic was noisy and started early. But because it was in town all the restaurants were within walking distance. The parking garage was great.
Beautiful location just off the main st in Canmore. Cooler bag and ice pack available there was a lovely surprise. Underground parking and balcony view were my faves!!

Unfortunately because it is not a forced air system, we can't add central air conditioning - generally Canmore's night temperatures are 4-7 degrees celcius (39-45 Fahrenheit) in September, which should cool it off nicely, but it was unusually warm this year - we are glad you were able to make use of our fans!

Property was located close to the Town Center making it convenient for shopping and dining. Close to all of the Canadian National Parks without the tourist vibe of Banff. Communication with the host was excellent. He got right back to me on all communications.

Awesome location and property
Great well equipped property, easy walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and amenities. Clean and welcoming.
Condo was in a great location! We enjoyed the nearby trails, shops and restaurants. It was so nice to have underground parking and be able to get to so many places. Good spot for our other excursions too! Home was clean and had all we needed.
Perfect place to stay. Close to downtown, and within 1 block of canmore main roam bus stop. Underground parking is great and nstional park pass a plus. Would definatly use again.
Perfect location for exploring Banff and Lake Louise. We stayed 11 nights and found the property convenient, clean and having underground parking was a huge plus.
Overall this was a great experience. Everything was smooth and as described in the listing. Location in Canmore is great. Can walk to shopping and some restaurants and a short drive to overpriced grocery stores. You are 20mins to Downtown Banff, 30 mins to skiing at Sunshine Village and an hour from Lake Louise. Other than wishing for firmer pillows and a little less Road noise in the morning, The only real downfall was we had to leave.
Hosts made it super easy to book, find the building and answer questions.
We had one hitch initially getting in (the lock wasnt working). Called the Host and they sent someone down immediately! I really appreciated how responsive they were. Home has everything you need including a fire place. great location.
We had originally wanted to stay in banff but no suitable accommodation was available. Canmore was therefore a second choice. However, once we arrived we realised what a lovely town Canmore is - similar to banff but much quieter . The apartment is in the town centre anf so its literally a minutes walk to shops and restaurants. Underground parking also a bonus. Kitchen is well equipped and large bathroom and bedrooms. We stayed during hot weather so the balcony was great to eat out on.

Great Place in Canmore
This is a great place to stay in Canmore. From the moment we contacted the owners, they were very professional, helpful and responded very quickly to inquires. The booking process was very easy and hassle free. The apartment was very comfortable with excellent appliances and in a great area of the city. The owners were again very reachable during our stay and addressed any concerns promptly. The only thing I would recommend is some sharper knives and a vegetable peeler to make cooking a bit easier. The condo is identical to what is shown in the pictures. The location is fantastic with many shops and restaurants around.

The location of this property cannot be beat and the fact that it had underground parking was fantastic because parking in Canmore seems like a nightmare. The place was as it is pictured on the site. I would not call it a luxury condo as it is older and there were lots of dings and scratches on surfaces and walls. It’s also very small but that is in the listing. The porch had an amazing view for sure but on a very busy corner. And there were Mountain View’s from both bedrooms. Our only real complaint was the lack of response from our host. We reported a couple of issues on the first day which were not addressed during our stay. One of these caused my friend to have to sleep on the sofa a couple of nights. That was really disappointing. But for our purposes, this turned out to be a decent choice at a decent price, but not what I would consider luxury which the name implies.

Regarding the knicks in the wall, unfortunately that is something beyond our control - we repaint annually, usually early in the year, and some of our guests unfortunately bump the walls in a minor way from time to time, and we re-paint annually. If we repainted between every guest, unfortunately we would have to significantly increase our rates.
Regarding the squeaky bed in the second bedroom for your additional toddler/guests (who were not on the reservation), our installer indicated that it was one of the middle brackets that misaligned, but because of our rigid mattress frame, this would have no impact on the functionality of the bed. I am regretful that this caused your unregistered guests any inconvenience. The support bracket has since been moved half an inch to alleviate the issue.
We are saddened you didn't consider our cherry wood hardwood floors, new stainless steel kitchen appliances, steam washer/dryer, new leather couch, newer luxury mattresses and our many other (usually appreciated) features to your standard. We strive to maintain a high standard for our guests.
We are glad that you and your guest(s) were able to find some joy in your vacation from the great views, amazing location and included private underground parking.

The cleaning was perfect 70% clean. A glass cup broke in the dishwasher and had to be disposed of.
There was a lot of equipment around the TV and the wiring seemed too complicated.

Hello Junko, we are sad to hear that there was a broken glass in the dishwasher which effected the cleanliness - in future, we would be happy to send our cleaning staff to the unit to clean it up if you were to mention it to us upon check-in / prior to your check-out after a couple of weeks. It likely broke during the cleaning cycle and our cleaners were not aware. As for the wiring, we recently upgraded our internet and television package - unfortunately, because we have a DVD player, internet and television box, we cannot avoid multiple HDMI plug-ins. We are glad to hear these were your only issues in your 2+ week stay, we appreciate your feedback!

Why they chose this property
Located one block off of Main Street and within blocks of dozens of coffee shops, restaurants and more, this second-floor condo boasts one of the best locations in Canmore, away from the hustle and bustle of town and Canmore's commercial district, yet within easy walking and driving distance. It's nice, after a day of skiing or hiking up in the mountains, to be able to park the car in the heated underground stall and walk anywhere we need. It's also nice to be within quick walking distance of the nearby Bow River and the easy paths that run along it (if we're looking for a more laid-back day!).
