Fantastic stay again at this property.Everything you need for a comfy family holiday. All amenities/appliances etc work well. Long hot showers possible for the four of us (having stayed at multiple rentals in Jindabyne without this, it is a big one!)Fast wifi since last stayed.Hope to stay again next year!

Pleasant stay by the lake

Aranda 1 is a pleasant apartment that has everything you need for a short stay. The kitchen has lots of options for cooking and dining. We enjoyed our stay and the extra heat that the fireplace gives you on a cold winters night. We will happily stay here again.

Great stay

We stayed at this property with friends and our combined 3 kids, while skiing. It was perfect for our needs, with easy lock box in and out, well equipped kitchen, comfortable living area and lots of blankets. We all enjoyed our stay and would come again! Thank you :)

Karin is an amazing host, pleasant to deal with and no questions go unanswered! We were so happy to find the pictures of the property were truthful but also gave an accurate perception of the size and function of the accommodation. It is an 'apartment' but with the multi-level layout, it was very adequate to have a group of up to 6 people.The fireplace was a wonderful attraction but we barely used it as the AC provided ample warmth and the abundance of heating options meant we stayed toasty inside. The heated bathroom flooring really was the ultimate clincher- no freezing toes, whatever time nature called!The kitchen was well equipped for cooking a simple meal and had a nespresso machine with some pods to use straight away. The location is perfect with Perisher 30 mins away, the shops around the corner and plenty of places to eat out close by. Thank you for making our vacation an enjoyable success with such a wonderful place to gather, have fun and relax after a busy day in the snow.

Best Jindabyne stay yet!

Have been staying in jindabyne for the snow for many years and this place is a little hidden gem (i am almost not wanting to give it a good review so it wont become more popular!) Its clean, good space, has everything you need and more. Good, hot shower (with better water pressure than many other places we've stayed) Excellent communication. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks.

Place was in a great location with lovely views. It was a great size for our family and was clean and tidy. Would definitely stay there again.Only one small thing I would upgrade and that is the oven. It is old and needs upgrading.Otherwise we loved everything else about this place and highly recommend

Lovely property with spectacular lake views in a quiet pocket. Centrally located in Jindabyne so easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Easy access to ski fields. The host was very communicative, all amenities were provided and check in was quick. Highly recommend.

Thredbo getaway

Overall the stay here was good. Karin was helpful and prompt with communication prior to the trip. Booking, updates and entry to the apartment all worked well. Nice and close to town which made it easy to get supplies and head up to the mountain each day. The house itself was clean and had lots of little extra's (firelighters, board games, pots/pans etc) which helps when you are away from home. The heating made the apartment very comfortable, particularly the underfloor bathroom heating! Lucky to have had towels too..a nice bonus! The oven/stove is getting on a bit, but with some patience, it cooks fine. The only negative we had was the bed in the second bedroom - our friends had sleepless nights due to the mattress (dips in the middle). The main bedroom was fine, and the kids slept on mattresses on the floor which were also comfy. With an improved second bedroom mattress, we would definitely love to stay here again. Thank you

It was perfect for us!

Could not fault this accommodation. Plenty of room for 6 of us, right on the lake, walking distance to shops and pub, close to mountain biking track for the teenagers and it felt lovely and homey.
