20+ happy years renting to folks who seek a Fire Island getaway. My husband and I have lovingly expanded and renovated this home into an up-to-date beach house while maintaining it's Fire Island charm. We are attentive, hands-on owners. We enjoy the house with our own family, so it has all the comforts of home. We've only rented on VRBO a few times because most of our renters are word-of-mouth. No detail overlooked!
