The Stonehouse in Kalbarri

The property is a unique 3 bedroom, two bathroom house in an ideal location that is close to town, the river and the beach. It has a great outdoor undercover BBQ area and has driveway space for several cars and a boat.

The main bedroom of the house is downstairs with a queen bed and a new bathroom next door. The new bathroom has a shower, toilet, full size bath and vanity. The second bedroom is upstairs with a queen bed and an ensuite. The ensuite has a shower, a new toilet and vanity. A balcony runs off the second bedroom with views over the Kalbarri National Park. The third bedroom is upstairs and has two king size single beds.

The house is open plan living with a new fully equipped kitchen ,a dining table made from a slab of old English pine and a magnificent carpeted lounge with walls made from locally sourced stone.

The house has air conditioning to the main living area and to the two upstairs bedrooms. There are also overhead fans in all bedrooms. The back yard has extensive lawns extending from the outdoor BBQ area.

The layout of the house makes it an ideal location of a great family holiday or a couples get away.

All linen is supplied.

We have a policy of no pets at the house.

Kalbarri is a great holiday location with many attractions to enjoy.

We had a very comfortable stay. Up to date, well equipped kitchen and bathroom very clean and functional. Very good communication with host: clear instructions and easy access via locked key box. WIFI fast and reliable, easy walkable access to local shops and facilities. Ample off street parking. Plenty of room indoors for group dining - with additional out door dining option if desired. Perfect size and location

I am a repeat visitor and will be going back again- a short walk to the river or the beach and all the amenities in the house are excellent. The only complaint from my 3 teens was the wi fi ( ie n/a) but for me that’s a selling point- they had to talk to each other..! Highly recommended.

Happy holiday

A home away from home- fell in love with the quirkyness of the house. The only complaint we had was the water pressure in the showers which we found strange as the water pressure elsewhere was good and no instructions for a rather complicated oven. We found instructions for every other appliance, but nothing for the oven. Overall a lovely house and garden which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Thank you for your review. The shower water pressure you experienced was due to lower pressure throughout the town at that time. The pressure has now been restored. The oven instruction book has been located and is now included with all the other books.

Simple Stay

Bryce was very good with communication. We had an issue with the upstairs aircon but I contacted Bryce and he was quick to organize for it to be sorted. Considering it was a few days before Christmas. It was a great location in close distance to town whether you wanted a bit of an extra stroll or to have a quick drive into town.

All rooms need Air Conditioning, dishes could have been washed a bit better prior to our arrival and floors could have been cleaned. Other than that we enjoyed our stay again as this was our third trip to Kalbarri.

Stone house

We have just had a weeks holiday at the stone house in Kalbarri. Cannot be faulted with cleanliness, amenities, location, and dialogue with host, Bryce. Air conditioning to upstairs bedroom and family area are great, but perhaps air conditioner to second and third bedroom required, otherwise excellent.

The StoneHouse is an excellent holiday home

Unique design, very spacious, with an easy walk into town or to beaches. All 4 of us really enjoyed our week's stay at the Stonehouse, and plan to go back there some time

The Stonehouse

The Stonehouse is well located within walking distance to the river and shops. The house is spacious with room for all with a new bathroom and kitchen. We would book this house again for our next visit to Kalbarri.
