One of my favorite condominiums. Building is just the right size. Not too big. Plenty of amenities and common areas are well-maintained. Nice beach access. Great location on Perdido Key.

Great Getaway!

We had such a wonderful time. The condo was beautiful and had a fantastic view. The master bath was a little cramped but the shower was incredible. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our time at this property! Aside the construction next door that we were aware of, our stay was very peaceful!! The beach view was beautiful and the property was very clean with attention to luxury details! The kitchen has a separate ice maker and the master shower is second to none!!

Nice unit and everything was fine-just a lot of worn out stuff and it needs a good deep clean. Property management company was great to dealwith-they were scheduling service as soon as we departed. The furniture is worn out-but it’s still a good spot

Our condo was very clean and well equipped and location was good. Parking was much better than some condos and the balcony was great. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms were rather small and furnishings in living room need to be updated. All in all, a good trip.

It would be a perfect condo for vacation if furniture was updated! The living room furniture was worn out needs leather instead of cloth! The view was excellent! More than enough dishes, pots and pans! The condo roomy for a family of 5!

Great place

Condo was great. Perfect location with easy access to everything from restaurants to shopping. Only negatives were you will have to buy everything if you plan on cooking. There wasn’t even any salt or pepper. And you have to take quick showers because the hot water ran out quickly. Definitely can’t have multiple showers going at once. Other than those minor issues, it’s a great place!

Love the Beach!

Overall we had a great stay, but the unit was smaller than we anticipated and the entire building is very run down and needs major upkeep. We couldn’t even see out our windows due to the seal being broken. The mattresses were outdated and the entryway door was really unkept and not welcoming.

Beach vacay

We stayed at the Tidewater for a week. The pictures are correct and it looks just like them. The unit itself is clean and the beds are comfortable. It is smaller than expected. The condo building is old and not the nicest. The elevator works some of the time. I had 80 year old parents with us and they got stuck upstairs for half the day when both elevators were broken. One of the tenants told us that was a common occurrence. The management company told us it was not. There are newer and nicer condos with better pools and cleaner beaches. Will not stay here again. My in laws stayed in Perdido Key at the Eden. We ended up going to their property most of the time. They paid less as well. Live and learn.
