Wildlife abounds in front yards throughout Loch Sport. On any given evening you can spot mobs of kangaroos and herds of deer helping to keep the grass on the golf course at a manageable height. Also keep an eye out for koalas in trees and echidnas on the ground. Not to mention wallabies, wombats, emus, and a variety of possums. While the diversity of Australian birdlife is simply astonishing. And anyone on the balcony with a keen eye might spot the pod of local Dolphins in Lake Victoria. The house is perfect in every aspect. Clean, warm and welcoming. Waking up to the breathtaking view across Lake Victoria is the best start to every day. Robert’s a great host and has thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable.
This house is fabulous. The view is incredible and I really appreciate that it is well stocked with things like loo paper and cleaning products - more than enough for your stay. A great place for a family with teens as they have their own space and bathroom.
We were looking for a quiet getaway for a week and we certainly found it in the beautifully situated and tranquil Hilltop Haven. The house provided everything we needed.
The house is in a good location with great views, well set up with 3 bathrooms, and everything you would need supplied. Highly recommend this property.
Exceeded expections3 full bathrooms, instead of 2 plus seperate toilet and sink downstairs, brilliant when travelling with another coupleReally is dog friendly, bowls, popper scopper, back garden fully fenced Robert seems to have thought of everything to ensure his guests comfort and enjoyment of Loch Sport
The house was brilliant, great views and amenities.Down side was the BBQ was unusable. The BBQ plate has been scratch leaving carsonagenics behind making it unsafe for use. This left a little in libo with meals we had organised. But otherwise fantastic
We love staying at Hilltop Haven. The house is spotless and has all the little extras you don't expect such as washing liquid and linen.
Its a short walk to the pub and an easy walk to the beach. We will definitely be back again.
Such a clean, well appointed home away from home. The kitchen had everything we needed - nothing more frustrating than not having basic kitchen items. It was a delight to cook in.The deck and view is amazing.Safe for the furry family members too.
We had a wonderful stay. The house was so comfortable, clean & relaxing. It had everything. The amazing view from the deck, was perfect to see the fireworks. Thank you Robert.
Property was amazing, very spacious and a very nice spot. Beautiful views from the upstairs deck. Lots of amenities and games to play for those rainy days with a fully set out kitchen.
Its a bit of a hike to get anywhere but the property locations is very quiet and peaceful. Very close to the beach and the lake.
We had a great time, Thankyou so muchViews are amazing and the kookaburras that visit for a bite to eat are super cute.Everything was easyWould prefer seller to list that no hand towels, face washers or bath mats are provided either. But great place and we will be back
We had an amazing week in Loch Sport, the property was clean with every possible amenity and the most extraordinary view. Even in Winter we had a great week of walks exploring 90 Mile Beach, surrounding towns and the local Pub which was fantastic. The house was amazing with a great fire, our two small dogs had a great time, couldn’t recommend more highly!
A spacious, well appointed residence on 2 levels. Suitable for the whole family, with board games, DVDs, childrens toys..
Adults on the outside deck enjoying a glass of wine, bubbles and an amazing sunset.
A wonderful time had by all.
Everything was OK untill it wasn't. The dishwasher was broken had to rerun it three times fo each load and then wash some of them again which turned the trip into a nightmare. The hot water was not enough for more than 3 people. Some of us could not take shower because there was no hot water.

Hi Erfan,
I am sorry that you had issues with the dishwasher and we discussed over the phone. It was for this reason that you were given a large discount as compensation on the additional night’s accommodation that you requested.
In respect of the hot water, as I advised you, we have a 300 ltr tank and you would have to wait for it to reheat as all the hot water had been used. I then had my plumber inspect the unit as you thought it may have been broken, he gave it a clean bill of health. I asked if you were still having issues with the hot water and heard nothing more from you.
Again, I am sorry that your stay was not as good as you hoped.
From booking, to collection of keys to the property, it was a seamless and easy process. The house itself is well equipped to accommodate an entire extended family comfortably.
Would book again in a heart beat.
Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at this gorgeous property overlooking Lake Victoria. Very comfortable, ideal for a relaxing break away from a busy life.
