Austinmer Gardens B&B

Spacious and relaxing 2-bedroom self-contained upstairs apartment sleeping up to 4 adults. Generous breakfast hamper, and eco-cotton linen provided for your comfort. Fully equipped kitchen, and private balcony off main bedroom. A short stroll through Glastonbury Gardens to the local beaches. Plenty of boutique shops and great eating places from cafes to top restaurants. Lots of things to see and do: swimming - bush walking - hang gliding - scenic tours, etc. or just relax and enjoy the wonderful serenity of the area. The backyard is regularly visited by wildlife such as possums, lorikeets, and king parrots.

Pets are welcome, but please limit pets to one (1) only. They must be well behaved, have their own bedding, and not allowed on the furniture. Pets cannot be left on their own without prior arrangement.

Sounds of the ocean

Great Bed & Breakfast with a peaceful balcony with mountain views and the sound of the ocean. We received a warm welcome from Rosemary and her freshly baked bread she made for us. The breakfast basket was a great addition. 5 minutes walk to beach and Headlands hotel.

I only stayed for one night, was provided a lovely breakfast, especially the home made bread. I had trouble with Wi Fi access. Rosemary, was a lovely caring person, who assited me with transport to my concert. I would have liked to have a tv in the bedroom. I would have liked to submit my computer instead, however, the bed was so comfortable, I slept well.

My son and I and my dog stayed one night to attend a concert. (not the dog, she stayed in the secure yard). The unit is very spacious with everything you could need. AND we arrived to the wonderful aroma of freshly baked bread! Just for us! How lovely.

5 star from start to finish. Rosemary is a wonderful host, every single thing was perfect. Breakfast provisions, rooms, comfort; couldn't fault a thing. Gorgeous location, easy walk to the beach. We totally enjoyed our brief stay and only wish it could have been longer. Highly recommended.

Rosemary was an outstanding host. The accomodation was very comfortable, and just what our family needed. Our young girls liked saying hello to the chooks every morning and the generous breakfast options left for us were delicious. This property is a quiet, comfortable, clean, home away from home. The location is superb with a short walk to beaches and cafes, set in a lovely quiet suburb. The owner's hospitality made us feel welcome and relaxed. A lovely stay!

Perfect for our needs

Our stay at Rosemary's property was exactly what we needed to attend a wedding in the area. Spacious, clean & comfortable - Rosemary greeted us warmly & made us feel welcome, even though we in a bit of panic about being late to our event. She left us lovely breakfast supplies, including fresh homemade bread & we had a nice chat at checkout. The beds were comfy, so it had everything we needed. Would recommend to anyone needing a stay in the area. There is a rather steep set of stairs, which may not suit those with mobility concerns or those with very young children.

Ruth and Ian are great hosts and provided generous breakfast provisions. The house was very comfortable. It is within easy walk to the beach and the surrounding mountains are lovely to take in from the view on the balcony. I would have liked to stay longer. We will be back again
