Austinmer Gardens B&B

Spacious and relaxing 2-bedroom self-contained upstairs apartment sleeping up to 4 adults. Generous breakfast hamper, and eco-cotton linen provided for your comfort. Fully equipped kitchen, and private balcony off main bedroom. A short stroll through Glastonbury Gardens to the local beaches. Plenty of boutique shops and great eating places from cafes to top restaurants. Lots of things to see and do: swimming - bush walking - hang gliding - scenic tours, etc. or just relax and enjoy the wonderful serenity of the area. The backyard is regularly visited by wildlife such as possums, lorikeets, and king parrots.

Pets are welcome, but please limit pets to one (1) only. They must be well behaved, have their own bedding, and not allowed on the furniture. Pets cannot be left on their own without prior arrangement.

Peaceful view out the window towards the escarpment and chicken coop while sitting in bed with a cup of tea. Lovely quiet location, mattress was really comfortable, got amazing sleep. Great bedding (natural fibers!), no artificial fragrances. Would absolutely come back.

Great weekend break away.

This property is a quiet, comfortable, clean, home away from home. The location is superb with a short walk to beaches and cafes, set in a lovely quiet suburb. The owner's hospitality made us feel welcome and relaxed. A lovely stay!

Rosemary was an outstanding host. The accomodation was very comfortable, and just what our family needed. Our young girls liked saying hello to the chooks every morning and the generous breakfast options left for us were delicious. Roadtrip stopover

We enjoyed a relaxing night at Austinmer Gardens B&B on our road trip with our 2 puppies. Accommodation was very comfortable and is in a great location. Breakfast was very good with freshly baked bread and lots of other options too. Highly recommend a stay at this B&B. We would gladly stay here again!

Great hidden gem

Great spot for a short stay - close to beaches and shops yet very quiet. Rosemary looked after us very well even though we were only there for 1 night as we were attending a wedding. We had everything we could have needed and enjoyed our visit.
