Clean 3 Bedroom brick house located just 5 minutes from the beach ( flat 5 minute walk), close to all shops and amenities. House is fully self contained and is a fairly new home, nice new feel inside, Fully self contained appliances, kettles, toaster, fridge, cutlery, large LCD TV etc. All linen and towels included as well as Foxtel for your entertainment. Great undercover area for BBQ's and entertaining as well as a secure yard so the kids can play... and you can relax. Great for families or small groups of friends looking for that perfect getaway.
Great central location, brand new queen size beds and mattresses. Close to all major shops & Cafes. Short stroll to the beach. Once you get here, you can Leave the car at home!!!

Hi Rhonda,
Thanks for your feedback. The property is a family home as stated in the ad so it’s a big hard to totally empty the house for a few weeks rental. I have taken as many photos of the property so that we don’t mislead anyone. The carpets get steam cleaned every year and the board under the couch is designed that way as there are no springs on the couch. It is a sofa bed so without the board,the pillows would fall straight through to the bed. The grass gets cut regularly yet we had it rented out for 2 weeks consecutively before you came so it was slightly overgrown. I am sorry that you felt that way about your stay. I thought the photos we have accurately explain the house, it’s condition and amenities. We have had no complaints in all the years of renting this property but I suppose there is always a first.

Impressive!!!
We are a family of 4 looking for the perfect getaway and Paul the owner hit the nail on the head!!! This house was perfect and exceeded our expectations, cosy, comfortable and very clean fully self contained 3 bedroom house in a quiet street and very close to the shops and Rosebud foreshore. I would recommend this place to anyone and would like to thank Paul the owner for going above and beyond to make sure our stay was well received. When my kids want to live in this house forever we know we we’re in the right place. Well done and a big thank you.

My partner and I and our two children (1yo and 3yo) rented this family getaway for 1 week over Christmas last year. We absolutely loved it. It's a three bedroom house with a lovely homely feel about it. The backyard is secure for the kids to play in. There was a really funky undercover outdoor area as well where we enjoyed several BBQ's. As the description says, we were an easy 5 minute walk from the front beach and very close to Rosebud shops aswell. A great place to spend a week away with your family.Monica
