Our well-appointed Mountain Green Resort condo, located at the very top of the Killington access road, offers instant escape from the hassles of everyday living - and total immersion in some of the best skiing on the East Coast.

When you're not flying down our slopes - or taking your turn at the nearby Snowshed, K1 or Ramshead runs - you can recharge your batteries with a refreshing dip in the resorts indoor pool or by limbering up with a nice, steamy soak in the Jacuzzi. You'll find plenty to do on site, as well, as you explore the resorts health spa, modern gym, ski shop, bar/restaurant.

Our two-bedroom, 1 & a 1/2 bath condo provides many highly sought-after amenities.

This premium unit has been completely renovated for with new floors/carpeting, new kitchen counters, and all new furnishings throughout. Each bedroom comes equipped with a television, and the kitchen features a full-sized fridge, stove and dishwasher - as well as a full complement of utensils, cooking aids and appliances. A 46-inch, flat screen HDTV beckons from above the fireplace, waiting to bring you your favorite sporting events, and free hi speed WI-FI keeps everyone connected.

Your Mountain Green condo can comfortably house up to two couples -- or a moderate-sized family. You'll find a queen-sized bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. 'We also have additional condos available and can match you up to the space that best meets your budget and needs.'

We really appreciated the care and attention Jules gives to this condo. Our family was comfortable, there was lots of extra snacks and goodies that made our late night arrival easy, and we had easy access to Killington. We enjoyed the fireplace - plenty of wood in the unit and the awesome ski lockers that made it easy to quickly get on the mountain. I would highly recommend!

Pure Perfection

Our weekend rental in unit 2-D-2 was nothing short of perfect. When your welcome pack says "all essentials available", they aren't kidding! I was somewhat skeptical that this could be a too-good-to-be-true situation or a "beds perfect/bathrooms a disaster" type of highlight however upone arrival i couldn't find one thing that wasn't pure comfort. Clean, well equiped and well maintained, and spacious. The location to all things Killington is prefect from proximity to slopes to nightlife/restraunts. For a mountain with no ski-on/ski-off lodging you can't get any closer! I contacted Jules with mounds of questions in October for my February rental. Throughout, he was responsive, helpful, informativie, a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend not only this unit, but working with Jules for any rental he represents. He is honest, attentive, and available via phone/email for anything.

Exceeded expectations! You won't be disappointed!

My family and I chose this condo after emailing and chatting with the owner Jules. It was such a great experience staying there! There were many personal touches that you wouldn't find in most rental units. My husband and I brought our 2 kids (ages 20 and 17) and we were very comfortable and felt at home! It is super convenient to the ski slopes with free shuttles departing regularly from right outside the building! The end unit location also was an added bonus as it was quiet and peaceful. The owner was a pleasure to work with - wish all rentals were this exceptional!

Great customer service & a beautiful condo as well

My husband and I just came back from a beautiful 5 nights staying in this condo during fall foliage season in Vermont. It happened to be our 22nd anniversary and I always wanted to get up there for the leaves changing. The condo was located in a perfect setting surrounded by the mountains and right across the street from the ski slopes. Not sure if we wanted to stay in Killington or go to Stowe so I spoke to a number of rental condo owners and by far Jules the owner was the most gracious and helpful of all. He emailed me a huge vacation guide he wrote and provided a number of suggestions about where to go when we were there. The vacation guide even had a seven day driving tour of Vermont. The condo itself was absolutely beautiful and very clean (my husband loved the high definition TV since it is football season). The condo also came fully equipped and even had a cabinet in the kitchen stocked with coffee, tea, canned goods, food, and spices. Jules made it clear that we were welcome to make use of anything we find and we did. A pleasant surprise was when we arrived and found that Jules left us a bottle of wine with a note saying happy anniversary. Now this is what customer service should be and why I will always rent directly from an owner and not a rental company when traveling in the future. Not the cheapest rental but well worth the price. We were so pleased with this condo that we called Jules while still staying there and booked a one week rental for this ski season. I didn’t realize it but he owns several other condos in the same resort and let us do a walk through of some of the others so that we could pick which one we wanted to stay in for our ski season rental. They were all equally as nice as this one and immaculately clean but I picked another condo just for some variety. I will definitely recommend this condo and Jules when renting in Killington.

Great condo at Killington!!

My family of 4 stayed in this condo during our late spring break in April. Jules was so gracious and helpful in the planning and very easy to work with. The condo itself was comfortable and cozy - having a 2nd bathroom was a major plus. Kids loved having their own room with super comfortable beds. My younger one made good use of the pool & hot tub, we used the fireplace one night, and we had the building and parking lot almost to ourselves since the season was winding down. The resort itself is quite nice and has noce amenities. Would definitely stay here again if we visit Killington. Great place!!

This was a beautiful condo to stay in

My husband, myself, and our three children rented this condo after noticing that the pictures on the web site showed a place much nicer than other similar properties. We had never been to Killington before and were a little apprehensive because we hear there were a lot of difficult ski slopes. I called Jules and he immediately made us feel very comfortable renting from him. The reviews of his condos were excellent and he even owned a few other condos for us to choose from. I really like dealing directly with and owner instead of a rental company. The pictures were very accurate and the place looked exactly as portrayed. Jules assured me that he is very particular about who he rents to and makes sure the condos are extremely clean and well stocked. He wasn't kidding it was spotless. The slopes in Killington were great with enough different levels of expertise that everyone had something they could enjoy. I loved the vacation guide Jules wrote which we put to good use on our days off of skiing. We really like the recommendations for good restaurants that we could go to and appreciated Jules telling us about the ones we should stay away from. We will certainly return again in the future (hopefully even this year before the snow melts) and plan on staying again in one of Jules' condos. I definitely recommend renting this beautiful condominium.

Amazing!

We are a family of 6 who stayed at the condo for 3 days. We really needed a family time away from the city and we are all glad we found Jule´s place. First of all, he was very kind answering our questions and concerns. When we were about to arrive Killington, our car got stuck in the snow. Even though it was almost 1 a.m. Jules kept talking to us and suggested other road. The condo is very cozy. The main bathroom has a heater which was perfect. We would get out of the shower and not freeze. Also, there were signs at the cabinets telling guests to feel free to eat what was inside and also kindly asking not to throw food away, but leave them to next guest as a courtesy. Those details makes all the difference and made us feel comfortable. Our goal was to snowboard and ski for the 3 days. Some of was were experts, had some experience, others had never set foot on a ski before. There were powder snow all the time! We all had a really great time, no matter how great or not our skills were. There is fun for everyone: tubing, skiing, snowboarding, easy, medium and difficult trails. It is on our favorite places for skiing list for sure!

My family and I were thoroughly pleased with this ski condo and the owner.

I just finished renting this condo for a family ski trip with my wife and 2 children and was thoroughly pleased with everything about it, especially dealing with Jules the owner. My wife is really particular when it comes to places we stay being clean and I relayed this to Jules who promptly assured me that it will be. When we arrived it was spotless. This was a great start to our vacation and I was honestly relieved. The condo itself had very comfortable beds that the owner described as European style pillow top mattresses on them but all I knew is that we all slept very soundly the whole time we were there. There was a fireplace in the living room with plenty of wood and we used this every night on our trip. There were even high definition flat screen TV’s in the living room and both bedrooms which I haven’t seen very often in my travels. It is obvious that the owner cares about his property. To save a little money we cooked at the condo one of the nights and everything we needed was there from pots and pans to containers for the leftovers. A big surprise was when we opened the curtains in the master bedroom and saw the unbelievable view of the mountains. The vacation guide that Jules wrote really was helpful and we spent a day using it to see some of the covered bridges and churches that Vermont is famous for. Usually I try to save money when going on vacation and go with the less expensive option but not this time and I’m glad I spent a little more. The old saying “you get what you pay for” was definitely true in this instance, it was worth it. Jules says that he has other condos he owns in the same resort that are just as nice so next year when we come back I might try one of those although I’m not sure how they can surpass this one.

Was very pleased with the unit, and the communication from the owner. No details were missed, and was very happy to find filters, dishwashing soap, and spices. The information on his printout was fantastic and all questions were answered in a timely manor. Also thrilled we could use paypal when paying. We took adv. of the pool, spa, and bus system. Loved renting from the ski shop in the unit, very friendly folks...........too friendly, We came home with a pair of skis. First time skiing Killington, I would recommend the 10:00am Ambassador tour(free), Did not know about this until the 3rd day, helps to learn the Mt. and all the bases. Would definitely rent this unit again if we try east coast skiing again. Also wanted to mention our unit was very quite, and did not have to put on with late night noise of rowdy guests, this was one of my big concerns prior to renting from Mt. Green.

This condo was perfect for me and my family. Beautiful, new, clean, and warm.

My family and I had just been cheated by another owner so we were a little nervous by the time we contacted Jules who owns this condo. He immediately made us feel comfortable in dealing with him and even gave us some suggestions on how we can decrease our risk in the future of losing money to dishonest owners. I was sent some up to date pictures of the condo we would be renting and even given the phone number of the condo association at the resort (which Jules is apparently a member of the board) to verify that everything was legitimate. He was patient and understanding with us which helped a lot considering what we had just been through. When we arrived at the condo we were extremely impressed, the place looked brand new and was very clean, just like the pictures he sent. A large high definition TV over the fireplace and very comfortable beds in the bedroom made us feel right at home. Jules even left us a stocked pantry with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and some snacks. It is obvious that he does actually use this as a vacation home. My family had a fantastic time skiing and the conditions on the mountain were perfect. My only complaint was that we didn't rent out the place long enough. After Jules sent us his well written vacation guide that made many recommendations of places to go in Vermont I knew that we should have extended our vacation but by that time he had the next days already rented out. I recommend this condo to anyone looking for a warm home style condo for them and their family and definitely will be coming back in the future. Thank you Jules.

Top class unit, great location

My stay here far surpassed my expectations. As an avid Killington visitor over the last 10 years, I have stayed at my fair share of places throughout town. This condo definitely was different then the other rentals I have stayed in. Clean, nice new furniture, and loaded up with kitchen utensils like a crock pot, blender, and even a filled spice rack for when we cooked there. It is obvious that the owner takes great pride his place. I loved the idea of a filled pantry that had coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and even some canned foods that we were welcome to have. Literally right next to the mountain we skied on, it was very convenient . Felt like my home. The owner had a nice book made on anything and everything to do around town, even for the non-skier. He made himself available to any questions or concerns I may have, no matter the time of day. Really felt well taken care of, and will surely stay here again the next time I am in town as well as recommend it to all my friends!

Excellent Mountain Retreat!

My family and I had a wonderful time in this condo for 4 days and 3 nights in July. Although some things at the resort (such as the restaurant) and surrounding Killington area are closed for the summer, there is still plenty to do. We had a great time at the heated pool and walking on the nearby pond trail behind the Killington Grand, in addition to taking the gondola to the top of Killington Peak, where we hiked. The weather was beautiful and refreshing, in the 70's and low 80's, and we enjoyed the fireplace and plentiful wood supply every night. The restaurants were great and family friendly, right down over the hill from the resort, and the convenience stores were close by, allowing us to stock up on supplies easily. Day trips were also great and close by, such as Woodstock for shopping and eating and Queechee for the nature center and gorge. The condo itself was clean, modern/updated, and really cozy and comfortable. I would recommend it for many different types of travelers. We'd go back in a heartbeat the next chance we have!

Everything a ski condo should be!

A very well kept condo. Clean, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, TV in every room, and a fireplace. Also a perfect location, 10 second hike to the golf course, and a short walk to the mountain. Everything you would need is in the condo including a book for ideas on restaurants and activities. The only problem I had is we had to leave, would have stayed another week if I had the time. Hope I can get back there next year!
