The apartment is set on the ground floor of the complex, with uninterrupted water views, a large balcony and offers secure undercover parking for vehicles up to approximately 1797mm height. If you have a larger vehicle, off street parking is available directly opposite.
Within the newly renovated apartment you’ll find one queen bed, 2 single beds, 2 TVs, one in the living area, another in the bedroom, a washing machine and laundry.
The bathroom has a small window for ventilation however please note exhaust fans are not permitted due to the flat roof, we’ve combated this by providing floor to ceiling tiles and we are working with or Strata to find a solution for an exhaust fan..
Linen is provided during your stay including bath towels. All you’ll need to bring is your beach towels.
Right opposite the apartment is Corrigan's beach, it is an excellent spot for a swim, is home to a huge walking track and is a popular spot for kayaking, canoeing, windsurfing fishing and most water sports. BBQ facilities are available in the park and it’s home to a Children's playground and bike track.
It’s an easy stroll to the local shops, you’ll find various takeaways, an IGA and very good local restaurants and cafes.

We enjoyed the scenery, cafes & takeaways nearby. Most importantly, the summer rides set up right across the property made my 8 year old so very pleased.
Lovely 2 bed unit. Very close to cafes. Comfortable beds. Definately would recommend. Right across the road from the beach. Great flat walking path also
Location is 10/10. honestly hard to beat. Newly renovated bathroom and kitchen is excellent. Overall very good accommodation for the price.Only 2 negatives:- pool is basically useless; had bird poo all round the permitter and in the pool. - inside and outside was quite dusty (not ideal for asthma and hay fever sufferers like me) and outdoor area/table had considerable spider webs. had to clean myself.dont let the 2 negatives above change your mind. overall very good place to stay :)
The apartment is very pleasant inside and beautifully clean, just as shown by the pictures. There is a good size pool which was also very clean. Easy bike ride into Batemans Bay

Large unit in great location
Large unit well furnished with plenty of space for the family. Walking distance to beach and shops. Only negative was the unit hadn't been completely cleaned prior to our stay. Communication with the owner was easy. Would highly recommend.

We only had a short weekend stay here but we were very happy with the property. Julie and Joe were wonderful to communicate with through email. Off street parking was great. Property was nicely updated and set up well to make us feel comfortable. Only a short walk to the local IGA and bottleshop which was perfect. Our children also loved the park across the road.

The location directly opposite the park, Corrigan's Reserve (and the annual Summer Holidays carnival), and next door to the shops at Batehaven make this an awesome place to bring the kids.
The apartment is beautifully renovated, very comfortably furnished, and the WiFi and Smart TV keep the kids from having withdrawals.
Despite being on Beach Rd, once the carnival ends at 10pm it is a really quiet neighbourhood. With the window open you can hear the gentle waves of Corrigan's Beach as you drift off to sleep.
Centrally located to some of the region's nicest beaches too. Basically everything we wanted for our Summer vacation!
The communication was efficient and incredibly helpful. The house was modern and absolutely lovely. Only struggle I had was opening the key box, keeping in mind that my nails are long!
