new villa with very private pool area, on dead-end quiet street, nice views, surrounded by similar beautiful homes. Each bedroom has its own AC wall unit, and its own bathroom with hot water. Living room, dinning room and kitchen is cooled by central AC. Kitchen is fully equipped. Another full bath outside to use in pool area. Also, different, higher prices apply for rental during major holidays. Contact me for more info

We had a fantastic experience staying at this property. Everything was clean and exactly as described, and there was plenty of space for our family to relax and feel comfortable. The home was well maintained and welcoming. The host was extremely accommodating, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay, and we would happily return again.

Nice House at Convenient Location

House is nice with everything needed for a comfortable stay. About 5 minute drive to beaches and hotel zone. Communication with owner is clear but overly frequent and always verbally by phone. Otherwise recommend wholeheartedly.
