About this property

Little luxury gateway home and hot tub in the woods.

Newly renovated home with a backyard and a hot tub ( installed in January 2020) that opens up to the woods.
Spacious deck with Weber grill for your friends and family to enjoy delicious diners.
Fire pit on a backyard with seating around it. Watch logs burning, prepare s'mores, count stars, talk, laugh.

We allow pets on the property but based on the size and type of pet the acceptance is subject to review.

Inside the house two newly renovated bathrooms with marble tiles and chromotherapy showers. Quinn size beds in both bedrooms and 2 full size very comfortable futons in a loft area with a big window overlooking forest trees.
"Sunflower room"(the one in a very back of the house), has a nice small porch where you can enjoy your morning tea and possibly see deer coming for a tasty treat.(don't worry, we have it there for you for that perfect picture moment).
"Tulip room"(the one near the entrance door) has a big patio door. Open up your eyes in a morning and see the forest waking up with you.
Fully equipped kitchen with microwave and an oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and basic food supplies like sugar,salt, oil, spices for your convenience.
Our house is located inside a gated community with a nice lake that has a beach for swimming. Kayaks and small boats/paddle boards permitted. We have 4 bicycles for our guests to use, please let us know in advance if you'd like to use them so we can arrange access to the storage unit.

Clean, spacious home with amazing host.

We had a fantastic stay at this home for a family getaway weekend for Memorial Day. The community was very peaceful, welcoming, and safe. The host was very inviting and the communication was great. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed rental!

Loved it!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time away. The house was clean, comfortable and we loved the hot tub. The wood burning stove was great too! We went to Pocono Rocks with the kids which they loved. Would absolutely stay again!

Great house, great location, in a development, but there was still privacy. Great view into the woods. There were some issues during the scheduling, but the owner did a graat job handling it, and made the accomodations great!! 5stars

Quiet winter escape

My husband and I wanted to get away for some peace and quiet and this is exactly what you'll get! We relaxed, enjoyed the wood stove at night and did some shopping during the day. Clean property and great communication with owner Oksana. Would stay here again!

Getting Away From It All

Our stay in Tobyhanna was perfect!! Oksana was super helpful from booking through check out. If we needed anything, she was just a text or call away. The home was clean, comfortable, and located well for all of our outdoor pursuits. The bed was cozy at the end of an adventurous day. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Awesome place for a quick getaway

Oksana is an awesome host and she keeps a really nice home. Everything was clean and the house had all the necessities, which meant less time shopping and more time spent with family! All the attractions in the area are easily accessible. The neighborhood could use a little TLC but this house was great and the hot tub was an awesome bonus.

Poconos Fall

We had a great time! Lots of things to do! Super clean and quiet. Tobyhanna State Park is beautiful and great if you have a dog. Oksana was super attentive and accommodating. Jubilee restaurant iwas delicious. The Lavender Farm was adorable. Everything is within a 15 minute drive.

Peaceful Poconos Retreat

This cozy Poconos home was a great place to stay for our Poconos family vacation. Oksana was always easy to reach and was super easy to work with. Check in was easy. The house has two full bedrooms and a loft, all with views of the woods behind. Everything was super clean, cozy, and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub every night-in early evening we saw tons of wildlife in the woods by the house. Oksana has everything you need to cook, light fires in the fire pit, grill, hang out and just relax. The beds were comfortable and the showers were great. The location is a bit remote, but very centrally located (within 30 minutes) to all that the Poconos has to offer. I’m sure that there is a ton of additional cool things to explore as well in the summer, both in the gated community and nearby. For us, we loved being able to get anywhere in the Poconos that we wanted to go within 1/2 hour. There are plenty of supermarkets within easy reach of the community, as well as a few food/restaurant options near and many more a bit further away. Overall, it was a great stay and the perfect family vacation. We would definitely go back and stay again!

Wonderful little gem!🌟

I found this property randomly searching for a nice vacation spot to bring my family (hubby, 2 kids 9 & 14 and my 2 pups) that wasn't far away from us (4.5 hr drive) When I saw the great reviews and pics of the home I decided to book it for a week away. We were not disappointed at all! From the moment we walked in the home felt inviting, adorable, it was very clean, updated, and very well stocked! Oksana is SO welcoming allowing our 2 pups to come and she provides everything you need and more-if you do need anything at all she is there in a second to provide it! The backyard was so cozy with plenty of seats and a hammock. We had fires every night in the little fire pit and took advantage of the hot tub each night too. Looking up at the sky from the hot tub, seeing the fire, and the state forest right there was so relaxing. The deer really do come right to your door! There's alot of wildlife in the area, like alot (the community abuts a state forest so yeah) one thing-there is bit of a trash problem in the neighborhood because animals will drag anything you leave out into the forest, so when Oksana tells you keep the trash in the garage, do it! The bedrooms were very clean and the beds were super comfy! The upstairs loft is an open space and was perfect for my teenager to make her own little fortress😂 The bathroom showers are amazing and very spacious, not a ton of space for toiletries so if you have alot of shower accessories bring small bottles. I would rather have an amazing shower head (Grohe is money!!) then space for things anyway😛 We explored the area which has ALOT to see. It is a drive to get places (on average about 30 min) but when you're on vacation time shouldn't exist and the drives were very scenic. Area is very easy to navigate. We were able to do hikes on the different trails, antique shopping, lots of cute gift shops to explore, we did an Escape room(so much fun our first time!) The House of Candles(make the trip!) There is an awesome zoo Claws and Paws where we spent half the day in. Paradise Lavender Farm is adorable with a fairy🧚‍♀️ walk and gift shop with Lavender ice cream!! Lots of nice restaurants (we went to Jubilees SO GOOD). There was ALOT to do in the area I was quite surprised, all you need to do is get out and explore and you will find tons! There are guide books Oksana provides and also this cool new thing Google maps too😛 You won't be disappointed and if you are its your fault! Thank you so much Oksana❤️❤️
