Property Description
Timberline Cove 408 is a truly beautiful, top floor 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo that is full of light. Very easy access from I-70. Garage, elevator, hot tubs with incredible mountain and lake views and an easy drive to 6 ski areas and activities. Sleeps 7.
Two bedrooms are suites with private baths. Beautiful interior design with oil paintings and Colorado style. A great place to relax and enjoy family and friends. The fully equipped slab granite kitchen with stainless appliances allows for easy meals. Comfortable leather furniture, flatscreen and gas fireplace in living area. Free WiFi and cable. The dining area seats 6 and the kitchen bar seats 4. South-facing deck with mountain views and table for 2. Full size washer and dryer in the unit.

Location
An easy location to reach from I-70. In the winter it's just 7 minutes to Copper Mountain, 20 minutes to Breckenridge, Keystone or Loveland, 25 minutes to Arapahoe Basin and 30 minutes to Vail. Enjoy the nearby Frisco Adventure Park for tubing and the Frisco Nordic Center for cross country skiing, snowshoeing and sleigh rides. Timberline Cove is located on a cove of Lake Dillon. Walk trails to the lakeshore.

Walk to Natural Grocers, Starbucks and restaurants. Just off of Summit Boulevard which has Whole Foods, Safeway, Walmart, restaurants, Outer Range Brewery, ski/ride rentals, sporting goods and many other shops. Less than a five minute drive to Frisco Main Street for more restaurants, gear rentals, independent shops, festivals, events and the historic park.

In the summer, the Summit County Rec Path swings right by the complex and connects all towns and resorts in the area with over 55 miles of paved trails. Walk/bike or take an easy drive to the Frisco Marina for boat, SUP, canoe and kayak rental.

Great Location for Skiing anywhere!

Great condo and great location. Copper was 9 minutes away with great highway access. Elevator and parking were terrific and the condo is in great condition and well equipped. Felt like home. This is a 5 star property.

great condo in a great location!

We’re a family of skiers that love the central location of Frisco. Skied Keystone, Breck, Vail and Beaver Creek this trip. Condo was very comfortable, well stock kitchen that pleased my wife and very comfortable. The heated parking garage doesn’t seem like a big deal until you have it. Highly recommend this property!

Great holiday

We all really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect for quick on/off highway without highway noise. The accommodations are comfy with plenty of room to spread out. Entering with lots of gear felt easy with the storage and bench at the door. Kitchen well stocked for cooking family meals. The building layout with garage, elevator, and hot tub was easy to manage. Property managers kept in clost contact with the one issue that arose.

Overall a very nice condo!

Overall great place to stay. Couple little things that were annoying like one of the chairs was broken when we got there and our second key didn't work. We went to get that key fixed and they replaced it with one that still didn't work. But the house itself was great. Would stay here again

You could kayak by walking your kayak to the waters edge right out your door. You can watch Lake Dillon right from your deck where sail boats and eagles glide by. Best vacation for family and friends.

Great place for a family or multi-family getaway! Good layout that includes privacy with bed/bath combos and a large open space with kitchen, dining, living room, and porch access for congregating. Indoor ski lockers, garage space, in-unit laundry, elevator, and hot tubs are great amenities. Only reason for 4 stars is I couldn't give 4.5. The bed in the third bedroom with no attached bath is very hard even with the memory foam pad (which did help some), and the sofabed has been well "loved" (but still serves its purpose). Overall this is a great place to stay in a central location to many great resorts, towns, and activities in Summit County. Would book again!

Reviewer Comments: Unit was much bigger and nicer than we expected (too many photos are shot with a wide-angle and then you show up and the place is smaller). We had 4 of us in the kitchen at times. The unit is well maintained and nicely equipped (even had crock pot). TVs are older but good. Master bed was very comfortable (although one picky sleeper said guest bed wasn't as comfy). Lots of comforters, pillows, etc. Property Management company was professional and courteous. Only wish they could plop this in the middle of Main St. :)

It was nicely decorated for Christmas, spotless, comfortable beds. Well equipped. The garage was a wonderful for loading and unloading the car in snowy weather. Great location.. we did snowshoe just outside of Frisco. Everything in working order, you don't always get that in heavy vacation area rentals. Highly recommend.

The unit itself had everything we needed and the proximity to the elevator was an added bonus. The garage was a little tight so we ended up just parking in the open lot but there was plenty of room. Nice that it was right next to the walking/biking path that led to Lake Dillon. Highly recommend this condo!

Copper Mountain Ski

Condo is awesome, had a good time skiing Copper. Hot Tubs did not work, which was a huge disappointment. Frisco is a fun little town and there is plenty to do down there.

Summer vacation

This is the second year we’ve stayed in this unit for our summer vacation. It is spacious, very nicely furnished and decorated. Kitchen is well equiped. Timberline Cove is a very quiet community which I greatly appreciate. Highly recommend.

Great Place to Spend with Great Friends

We had an excellent stay at this condo during our visit to Copper. The condo was beautiful, spacious and well furnished. It was perfect for six adults. We each had our own room with a queen or king and bathroom. Everyone was extremely happy with the condo. However, we did have one couple who thought their bed was especially hard (and it was). It is the one with the "trundle bed" under it. Our bed and other couple's bed were both nice. Amenities: This condo had great access to walking trails. We were there for skiing but saw plenty of people taking advantage of the walkways. It also had two community hot tubs. We spent every night there and never saw another person using them. So, it was as if they were private. Overall, I would highly recommend this condo for your stay!
