The sub penthouse has a huge living and dining area adjoining a fully equipped gourmet kitchen featuring refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water dispenser, cooktop, oven, steam oven, microwave oven, teppanyaki cooktop, built in Wok ,cooktop and dishwasher.The living area features a large seating area with wine bar and bar fridge, a 75” HD smart Television with surround sound system, satellite & digital channels andfree unlimited Wi-Fi is provided. Bedding includes 1 King in the main bedroom, 1 Queen bed in the second bedroom and 2 single beds in the third bedroom. Once extra foldaway bed can also be arranged.The Platinum Sub penthouse comes with two free secure undercover car spaces. The apartment is meticulously furnished and with all you need to relax.

Awesome penthouse in awesome location

Prestine and spacious apartment with wonderful ocean views. Located on its own private floor and beautifully presented. Each bedroom has spectacular views and beds super comfy. Kitchen fully equipped, super sized sofa, and plenty of places to sit and chill out. We loved staying and 3x was just not enough. Definitely will stay again

Mains Beach is our favourite spot on the Gold Coast and the views from this unit are the most spectacular we’ve ever had! The unit was well furnished and the lay out ideal for our family get away. Spacious, comfortable and plenty of room for us all. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. Our family will be back! 👍
