We had a lovely stay in this apartment. It was spacious and catered for our group of 7. The view was fantastic and the apartment was central to Cavill Ave, the G Link and the tram. The pool facilities were great too.

You really do get the wow factor when you first enter this apartment and can see the sea through the huge expanse of glass. Loads of room, just like in the photos, and everything works. To be honest, it’s probably time to replace the settees but that’s a minor issue.

Amazing accommodation with a spectacular view and fun times at Christmas/New Year

We all really enjoyed the accommodation and facilities it was beautiful, great view, spacious and heaps of fun. Pools were amazing, late night spa was enjoyed, walking distance to Cavil or one Tram stop. Very convenient. The only downside to our stay was on new years we couldn’t see the fireworks but the beach was only 2 min walk so that was ok, but it would be better to see it from the balcony and the view of the high rise. Gerry was absolutely fantastic to deal with, very prompt in his responses, nothing was too hard. Thankyou and we will highly recommend this Stayz property. Thanks again Gerry hope the wine was enjoyed :)

Weekend Away With Friends

The location of this stay is great, central to several venues. We struggled with the Aircon and found even when working it was not adequate to keep the room cool and we generally felt warm in the apartment and building most of the time. We also met guests from other floors who found their rooms hot as well. The appartment is well equiped however would benefit from a few more hygeine amenties such as paper towel, handsoap and enough dishwashing liquid. Amazing views and easy parking though.

We purchased this property in 2006 and have enjoyed great holidays at Q1 on the Gold Coast. Q1 are larger apartments and has the best facilities on the Gold Coast.

One of the only Apartments at Q1 with Block out curtains to keep the bedrooms dark allowing you to sleep for as long as you like.

What makes this property unique

We have great Ocean views and night views of Surfers Paradise.
Q1 has bigger rooms , better layouts, better pools, a cinema, spa, games room, Longboards Cafe and only few blocks from Cavill Avenue.
Block out Curtains to all bedrooms.
TV's in all bedrooms.
