Charming beach house with everything you need for a great vacation. The bedroom has 2 full size beds plus cable flat screen TV. The living room is equipped with a flat screen cable TV. The kitchen is equipped with stove, refrigerator and microwave. This house is the best for your money! Walking distance to the back river beach or the main south beach. This home is a family favorite with our guests.

Cute and efficient

It had everything we needed. Great location. Walking distance to the beach restaurants and main attractions. It is on the smaller side though so I would recommend no more than 2 adults and 1 child (maybe 2.) Parking shouldn’t be an issue if you follow directions and don’t park in the driveway and block unit B renters in. If you want luxury, space and/or privacy from neighbors this is not for you. If you want a cute and efficient “tiny home” style vacation rental to lay your head at night after a day out exploring then book this one.

Great vacation

Clean property. Great location to everything. The only thing I didn’t like was the Wi-Fi wouldn’t work in the house. We had to step outside to really use it. I absolutely would stay there again. We had a great vacation!
