Review of Albufeira Property

We have a lovely stay in this property. We had excellent communication with the hosts, Ana and Lilia. Our flight was significantly delayed by 7 hours and this was no problem for the hosts. We were met on arrival by Ana and her husband who showed us around, explained the TV, AC and how to access the pool. The property has everything you need, plenty of towels, even pool/beach towels. It has 2 sun umbrellas which you can bring to the beach. Kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of glasses, cups, cutlery etc. A good washing machine and clothes airer for the balcony. There are 2 very good sized bathrooms both with shower and bath. Showers have great pressure. The bedrooms are a good size, with the master being very spacious. Plenty of wardrobe space in both bedrooms. Our 2 18 year olds had the twin room and my 11 year old boy slept very comfortably on the pull out sofa in the lounge. The balcony has a lovely view of the pool. It is a very quiet complex at night and by day the pool atmosphere is relaxed with families. The complex is very near all amenities. Very close to the big Continent Supermarket (2 - 3 minute walk) and within walking distance of the old and new towns. Taxis are very cheap, if you don't fancy walking but I'd recommend using Uber app for taxis. Taxi for 5 people to old or new town cost us €7. My only recommendation for the hosts would be to invest in 4 good sunbeds for by the pool (there are 2), but I would have no hesitation recommending this property.

Was a very good size and had everything we needed throughout our stay, Lilia and Anna were easy and helpful to deal with, we arrived slightly early for our stay and they had it ready for us. If your looking to book an apartment for your stay in portugal this is the one.

If you are looking for a fantastic apartment in a brilliant location then look no further. Lilia made the booking process straight forward and response time was fantastic thank you Lilia for letting us stay in your lovely apartment. Veronika who met us at the apartment was very helpful and gave us very useful information and was always available if we needed anything thank you Veronika.The apartment itself in in a peaceful small friendly complex had pool to myself for 10 days out of 14 lovely tranquil grounds and very well kept situated half way from the old town and the strip. Two large supermarkets within a 5 min walk, MacDonald and Kentucky also a few minutes walk from apartment.The tourist train is a great way of getting around at 5 euros for an all day ticket and you can get on and off as many times as you like the stop is opposite MacDonald's. All in all fantastic holiday would not hesitate to return to Lilias apartment. Once again thank you. Annie and Phil

Lovely apartment, great hospitality

Communication with Lilia during the booking process was excellent. We were welcome with a bottle of wine and some local snacks. The apartment was very clean and all required amenities where available with extras e.g a barbecue which came in handy. The children enjoyed the communal pool. The fisherman's beach, shops, supermarkets and eateries including KFC and McDonalds were a walking distance away. Veronica was very helpful and pleasant. She responded promptly to any queries and gave helpful suggestions and tips.
