Our family travelled to Devonport to compete in a sporting event. The property was ideal with room for everyone and great kitchen, dining and lounge facilities. Fantastic views also which unfortunately we didn't get much time to appreciate. Thanks to Alice for accommodating us.

Private upstairs spacious apartment with 4 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms and deck. Had all amenities needed. Near stoney beach, park and river walkway in quiet location. Well equipt kitchen. Great views and very helpful owner who communicated well. Best accommodation we stayed at in Tasmania. Watching New Year's fireworks from the deck was an extra treat.

Absolutely Fantastic location and hospitality by the owner

Great house with a beautiful location. Service was fantastic with all arrangements in place as requested. Nothing to complain apart from the fact that as per the online listing I was expecting the house to be on our own during our stay but there was a separate room downstairs. That didn’t disturb us at all but I think that information needs to be added on the listing. We were a group of 11 adults and having a one toilet and a shower was a little inconvenient but apart from that owners was very supportive to accommodate us and have extra arrangements done for us. Overall, it’s been an outstanding experience staying at this fabulous house.
