Come and enjoy the ample living and entertaining areas of this stunning four bedroom home in the heart of popular Hawley Beach. Situated in the exquisite "Vineyard Estate" and offering picturesque views over Hawley's stunning beaches and the ever-changing backdrop of Narawntapu National Park, this home is sure to delight all. A welcoming entrance leads the way to the upper level with polished Tas Oak stairs. The living area is both ample and spacious with open plan living. The kitchen is the hub of the home with Stone benches, walk-in butlers pantry, and stainless steel appliances. The gorgeous lounge room captures all the morning and afternoon sun through the large windows and boasts a gas feature fire place. The upper level also has a media room for those movie nights for the whole family. Through glass sliding doors from the kitchen you are lead to the alfresco dining area offering a built in BBQ kitchen including bar fridge. Breathtaking views can be seen from every window that also slide open for the natural breeze to cool down on those hot summer days. If you thought this entertaining area couldn't get any better there is also a fire place for those staying during the winter months! The lower level accommodates the sleep-zones with three spacious bedrooms all with built ins and a conveniently located bathroom with a double shower and deep spa bath. The 4th (master) bedroom offers privacy, spacious walk in robe and ensuite. Set on an allotment of manicured grounds the gardens lead you to the lower level decked area with hot tub and gas fire pit. Large, modern house close to beach

This house has heaps of room, is modern, clean and well appointed. We had such a great stay and the beach is only a short walk away. We had three families with older kids and a dog...room for all. Hosts were lovely, very accommodating.

We loved staying here. It was perfect for our family of 5 (and our dog). It had everything we needed, was well appointed, had plenty of space, and was within short walking distance of fabulous beaches. The spa was a wonderful addition too! We had a wonderful stay the spa was fantastic and we were very comfortable. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for relaxing quiet spot with all the comforts of home. Beautiful house, excellent location, pet friendly

The property was wonderful, as you see in the images - and there are many amenities available for use - although we didn't use most of them as we were on a working trip. The house has large rooms and is close to the beach in a truely beautiful location, and has a Woolies and BWS close by. Our puppies enjoyed their stay, and loved the many daily walks on the beach - I think they were happy to get home to have a little rest :-)

Great house.

Lovely big, modern house with extra living areas, which makes it great for adults & kids. The bedrooms are all very spacious. Well equipped kitchen. Very warm house for a winter stay. Great hot tub, even for use on the coldest night. Great location, walking distance to beach and playground and not far from supermarket. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Owner was extremely helpful. Would certainly recommend this for a family getaway.

Happy Weekend

In Janiary, we planned a visit from Canada with our daughter and son-in-law and booked because they had stayed during the Christmas holiday and loved it. We have enjoyed holiday rentals in New York, London, St Maarten, Paris, Montreal Sanoma and Aspen. This rental was ok. The house is very clean. Good bathrooms and really comfortable beds. Good kitchen to work in but not particularly well equipped for entertaining. We did successfully entertain several guests each evening for dinner. Loved the 2 large dining tables and bbq (bbq smokes and needs a serious cleaning and that is not a renters responsibility). Was annoyed to be told four days before we arrived that the house which we rented several weeks before because it sleeps 8 was only to house 4 for our weekend. No explanation given. We left it as immaculately clean as we found it and I was very pleased to have my $550 damage deposit refunded within 48 hours.
