The "Genêts d'Armor" is located in the middle of a private driveway with direct access to the beach (20m). You can admire the sea from the terrace, you enjoy the peace while being close to all amenities. The house was completely renovated in 2011/2012 with careful decoration and high-end services.
Pewter bar, club armchairs, ice dispenser, dish warmer, internet access, free WI-FI, two-person spa bath, chromotherapy and aromatherapy, dimmer lighting in the living room and the master bedroom, etc. been designed for your comfort!

A l'arrivée, la maison avait un sol et des fenêtres pas nettoyés. Il n'y avait ni papier toilette, ni torchons.Le livret d'accueil précise un numéro à appeler dans ce cas. Ce numéro ne répond que le lundi matin et a refusé d'intervenir, car ce service n'est pas prévu.La porte des WC de l'étage ne ferme pas. Il a été impossible de verrouiller la porte extérieure de la véranda, ainsi que le volet de la porte d'entrée.

Superbe emplacement au calme et à deux pas de la mer

La maison est exceptionnellement bien située dans un chemin privé avec un accès direct à la mer. Tres bien située également par rapport aux axes de balade. Bien équipée. Le seul gros gros bémol c’est le ménage. C’est vraiment dommage de payer un prestataire qui est censé faire le ménage. La maison était très sale. C’est dommage. A part ce point super séjour.

Beautiful Location

Upon making reservations we received welcome & instructions in French, unfortunately we don’t read/speak French. Second email was in English but instructions were limited. Property mgmt did work with us in getting in/out in our timeline. A welcome bottle of wine, jams and orange juice were a nice touch. Upstairs shower leaked thru ceiling to downstairs bedroom…we alerted property mgmt and they tried to make repair. Hair dryer did not work. Proximity to beach was great.

Dear Leah , We wrote you in english to contact the agency in charge of the house in order to have with you an appointement for your welcome and give keys of the house. The day of your arrival, the agency had no news from you and impossible to join you with the given Phone number, so an employee was waiting you at the normal hour of arrival 16h00 and waited one hour. You finally called at 18h00 to tell you was arriving at 21h30, when the agency is closed.... And finally you arrived at 22h30. For departure, the normal hour is 10h00, you asked a departure for 7h00 when again the agency is closed. You can imagine all the difficulties you have created and we have solved for you. Next time please prefer an hotel with night service on place if you can't make check-in and check-out at normal hours. Concerning the shower suddenly leaking, we apologies, the problem is now solved. Sorry also if one of the hair dryers didn't work, it will be changed soon. Kind Regards

Pretty much perfect!

A last minute booking made possible by relaxation of Covid rules in France. We were 3 generations needing 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, so ideal. The closeness to the beach was a real bonus. The house was warm in the bitterly cold weather (except dining room which is inadequately heated for January). The kitchen although very small was sufficiently equipped. Cleaning and linen included helps a lot. A great week.

Maison très agréable

Maison très agréable et extrêmement bien située, assez loin de la route et « plage pieds nus », à 10min à pied du centre-ville et très bien équipée. Quelques points de vigilance pour la société de nettoyage (vitres non faites, poubelle non vidée, odeur de tabac persistante…) et quelques équipements hors service (lecteur CD, machine à glaçons, volet de la chambre HS…)

Merci pour votre retour. Nous sommes attristés que ces désagréments soient tombés sur vous, fidèles des Genêts d'Armor. Pour les matériels défectueux, il nous aurait été utile que vous nous signaliez les problèmes dès leur constations ou au moins à la société chargée du check-out. Pas très grave pour le lecteur DVD qui est neuf et sous garantie, plus embêtant pour la fabrique de glaçons...Concernant le ménage, on nous a changé d'agence cette année et nous ne sommes effectivement pas très contents. La société nous répond qu'elle a beaucoup de mal a trouver du personnel. Nous allons devoir chercher une solution plus satisfaisante... Nous avons à cœur d'accueillir les vacanciers dans les meilleures conditions possibles et vous remercions encore pour vos remarques.

Kulinarische Woche in Pornichet

Leider waren der Kamin und das Fahrrad nicht zu benutzen, Vorrat an Toilettenpapier und Küchenrolle haben wir nicht gefunden, im Eingangsbereich gibt es keinen Garderobenständer, Bistro-Tisch und Stuhl auf der Terrasse waren morsch bzw. kaputt. Trotz dieser Mängel war das Haus sehr gut ausgestattet und wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Séjour idyllique

Une situation parfaite à deux pas de la plage sans route à traverser et à 5 min à pied du centre ville. Déco de bon goût, une belle véranda côté Est pour les petits déjeuners, des prestations au top... je recommande !

Une maison très agréable et bien décorée, idéalement située juste à côté de la plage, parfait avec des enfants qui n'ont pas de route à traverser pour aller sur la plage qui borde un joli sentier à suivre le long de la côte. Les commerces sont à proximité, à peine 10 minutes à pieds pour rejoindre le marché de Pornichet. Une adresse à recommander. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine.

SITUATION EFFECTIVEMENT EXCEPTIONNELLE

Situation effectivement exceptionnelle sur la côte d'Amour, au bord de l'océan. La maison est extraordinaire avec une décoration raffinée, d'un grand confort, sur-équipée et d'une propreté irréprochable. Tout est pensé pour le bien-être des locataires. Nous avons apprécié la plage devant la maison idéal pour les enfants, le chemin de douaniers en planches pour le jogging ou les promenades, le calme et la beauté de l'environnement. A réserver sans hésiter !
