1700 sq ft stilt home with 3 bedroom/2bath on deep water canal. Layout of the house is an open concept with a view of the marsh and canal from the kitchen, dining room, and master bedroom. Inside washing machine and dryer, screened back patio, and great under house space for barbques. Boat dock for boat, kayaks, and paddle board make it easy to be on the water. Daily sightings of either manatee, dolphin, otters, and many different birds. If u want a sunset that’s out of this world, this house is for u!

Clean property, Excellent location

The host was extremely helpful. The house was fully stocked. Great place to bring the boat and plenty of room to hang out outside

Perfect house for our scalloping trip!!

We loved the house, the location for getting out on the water was perfect and the neighborhood was great!! Couldn't have asked for a better hostess, Angie was awesome!!

River House Retreat

We had a great experience at this property. The owner was extremely helpful and she made us feel at home, immediately when we arrived. She checked in on us often to make sure everything was good. We were very impressed with the amenities, kitchen and home very well stocked with everything we needed. We were advised of restaurants etc to enjoy around the area. It was comforting as well she was concerned about our well being through the announcement of COVID19 and very accommodating when we had to return home early. Thank you Angie for sharing your beautiful home. We will certainly return when available to stay again and recommend the River House to others without hesitation. Kathy & Ray
