Beautiful 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa at TradeWinds Homosassa Marina Resort. The villa has its own 2 car garage, a boat slip for rent and the community has a great swimming pool. On the first floor you will find the spacious living room with dining area, master bedroom (King) and bathroom with tub and separate shower. On the second floor there are 4 more bedrooms (3 Queens, 2 Twins) and 2 more bathrooms. This villa sleeps a maximum of 10 persons.
Direct access to the Gulf of Mexico for great fishing, dolphin watching or swimming!
This villa has lots of amenities like Cable TV, flat screens, free wifi and its own gas BBQ.
Bring your own boat (docks are available and we can accommodate boats up to 26 ft) and enjoy the Homosassa Springs, the Homosassa River, the Nature Coast and the Gulf of Mexico.

Annual Scalloping Family Reunion

This 5 bedroom house was perfect for our group of 10. Plenty of room for us all to spread out. We appreciated the table big enough for us all to eat together. Kitchen & whole house was very well stocked. Extra fridge in garage was a plus. Easy, convenient boat launch & trailer parking right by the house. Absolutely no negatives at all. We loved it!

TradeWinds Homosassa Marina Resort is a very special place especially for boat lovers and fishermen. All the luxury villa's do have a boat slip for rent. Our property is on the Homosassa River with direct acces to the Golf of Mexico (app. 20 minutes).
