Lovely house with great location!

We stayed here in mid-March for Spring Break. The house is spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The pool and hot tub were the highlights for our family. Coming from Ohio, we weren't sure if it would be warm enough to swim but the heated pool was amazing! The house is also an easy distance from Zion and about 2.5 hours from Bryce Canyon. We had a few hiccups when we arrived that I'll mention just to help future guests...but none of them were serious enough for me not to highly recommend this house to future guests! 1. the instructions I received didn't mention having to go to guest services to checkin so we were a little confused but once we figured that out, checkin was easy and seamless. 2. Although, we loved the hot tub and pool, we had a rough start with them! The pool/hot tub heater was originally in 'service mode' when we arrived so it didn't respond to the control box. A gentleman from maintenance had to come out and switch it to the right mode. At that point, the hot tub heated but we couldn’t figure out how to heat the pool. After a few more trips from maintenance, it was determined that the heater can only heat the hot tub OR pool at one time but not both. No big deal really, but we didn’t know this for about 2 days. We recommend the owner including this information in the house instructions so that future guests don’t go through the same frustration and confusion as we did. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend to any family wanting comfortable, roomy accommodations while exploring southern Utah!
