The bed was cozy,we mainly had the car parked the entire time due to being so close to the strip and being able to walk. The facility was great,we had a full fridge, was able to cook and watched movies and just enjoyed our time!! We will stay there a3rd time!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed several times, always different condos. We've always enjoyed our stays and the condos are always comfortable and clean. The few times we've needed to speak with someone, they've always been courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. My only comment for 304 would be to update the bathroom. I'm 5'9" and the sink and toilet and very low. The shower is small and has a very low ceiling. This will not prevent us from staying in 304 again, just wanted to mention being on the taller side, it was uncomfortable. As always, we had a wonderful stay and enjoy coming back! We love the walkability to Downtown and ease of parking at the condo!

Unfortunately it was filthy and the tub was also clogged, but the nice lady at the Olde Gatlinburg condos was able to place us here for the rest of our stay. We enjoyed our stay here very much. All future stays in Gatlinburg will be at the Olde Gatlinburg.

The room was very clean and plenty of room in a one bedroom suite. Just a few suggestions. The silverware drawer only had one setting for four which means for our family we had to wash after every meal. Only a couple glasses for us to use other than eight coffee mugs. It was a very humid weekend which caused the bedroom air conditioning to back up and drain over the floor. Nothing the few bathroom towels couldn’t dry up. Pool and hot tub area were in good condition. I would recommend emptying the trash in the bathrooms in the pool area as they had a fruit fly infestation. For the price and the convenience of walking close to downtown Olde Gatlinburg rentals are suited our family quite well on our vacation.

BUGS!

So at first the room was great… close to town , clean.. roomy .. beds were comfy .. but the bedroom AC leaked… but my biggest issue was waking up the next morning and finding a bed bug on the pillow! And realizing I had been bit … then we found them on the couch too! I want to believe the owners had no idea & they said they’re getting a exterminator.. we got a refund & were able to find a hotel in pigeon forge .. I spoke to guest in other rooms and they didn’t have any in their rooms

CONDO WITH CAUTION

While this condo unit was clean for the most part, there was mold on the inside of the shower curtain which was replaced after I called it to their attention. The air conditioning unit condensation was leaking onto the bedroom floor right next to the bed. There was a hole punched in the drywall in the bathroom stuffed "closed" with toilet paper. Cabinet doors and fronts were broken loose or crooked. TV remote control units battery covers never stayed on. Bed linens were clean but at least 10 years old--sheets were worn and faded. Mattress had little if any spring left in it. Lamps had no switches to turn on/off--had to be plugged in to a wall switch which in the bedroom didn't work. None of these things are horrible, but they all add up to "we don't care enough about guests to take care of the details." Quaint, charm, and cabin-feel are fine when it's intentional but this unit has been left to decay since 1984 and there has been no effort to update or remedy it's condition. Family and friends highly recommended VRBO but after this stay I will need to be very cautious in the future. It was not worth anywhere close to the price I paid.

The a/c in the bedroom was leaking water, had to put a towel down for that. The water stains on the ceiling above that indicates the condo above has the same problem. The couch wasn’t very comfortable, but we didn’t stay in the condo much anyway. One of the cabinet doors had a hinge missing screws, had to be careful opening that. And the closet in the bedroom was missing doors. Would have reported it at the office but they were either very busy or closed during posted hours.Considering we were in a vacation spot during peak season, I feel like we got what we paid for. I think adding to your staff would make it more pleasant for visitors by maintaining the property better and providing better front desk service.

Enjoyed our stay!

Awesome location, walk a couple of blocks to all the best of Gatlinburg including Anakeesta, Aquarium, and countless restaurants. Easy drive to Dollywood and Pigeon Forge dinner shows. Close to tram stop taking you there or Smoky Mtn hiking trails. Our unit was reasonably priced and comfortable.

We liked everything about this place except the beds. It wasn't this particular condo either. People on the elevator also said their beds were awful too. I had to take a lot of Motrin for the back pain and it still didn't go away. We lost a lot of vacation time because I was in so much pain. I should've hobbled down to the hot tub. That probably would have helped. It was very clean and very close to the strip, so no paid parking.

Room 304 Bed sucks

Everything was good about this place except the beds. A little out dated but that’s no big deal. Most people only rent condos to sleep. Your on vacation to see everything. Would’ve been better off sleeping on the floor. Will make sure to not stay in this condo again. Room 304

It's like being in the mountains but so close to the city, like The Village, The Aquarium, etc. You can double back up the mountain on Cherokee Orchard Drive and bypass town completely and drive to the Log Cabin Pancake house, drive the Roaring Fork Motor Trail.etc. The room needs a lot of attention as do some of the other rooms I've stayed in since 2004 and the quality seems to be getting a little worse every year. I still love the location and convenience but the comfort level is getting compromised year by year. I'm not sure I'll return at present.
