This 2 Bedroom Family Beach House is located at One Mile Beach @ Forster. It has a relaxed beachy vibe, has timber floors throughout and features sensational beach, surf and ocean views. It is pet friendly and has everything you need. So bring your thongs, your swimmers, your fishing rods and your boards and just Kick Back and Relax.

One Mile Beach is a gem of a spot and is extremely popular with surfers and families. Dolphins can regularly be seen surfing the waves.
The beach is patrolled by lifeguards during the school holidays and on the weekends in the summer.
It is also well known for the giant sand dune at the northern end where the kids can sand surf till their hearts content and Bennetts Head Lookout where 360% views of the area can be enjoyed.
At the southern end there is a rock cave shelter great for exploring.
There is also a Surf Club, Beach Cafe and a large Park with Toilets, BBQ & Picnic Facilities and a Kids Playground.

**WELL BEHAVED PETS ARE WELCOME BUT MUST BE REQUESTED AT THE TIME OF ENQUIRY/BOOKING**

* All pets must have up to date vaccinations. Be healthy and free from fleas, worms and other parasites

* Owners must act responsibly and keep their pets under control, including taking responsibility for their pets behaviour and minimise excessive barking out of respect to the surrounding neighbours

* Pets are not allowed on any of the furniture or beds and are not to be left inside the house unattended

* The yard is fully fenced, however it is only a small yard

* One Mile Beach is only a 5 minute walk away. There is an on leash and off leash area between 5am to 9am and 5pm to 8pm

* There is a large bed that can be used, but we do request that you bring your dog's own bedding to make him or her feel at home

* We also provide dog bowls and a pooper scooper

* Please clean up after your dog and dispose of all droppings into the garbage bin using plastics bags

* Please bring your dogs towels and make use of the outdoor shower or hose to remove any excess sand or dirt
