Located in the centre of the complex the unit sleeps 8 and from the wrap around balcony overlooks the swimming pool, amenities centre, tennis courts and offers nice surround views, all literally in your own backyard.

Just 25mt walk takes you to the village Coffee Shop
Complex has outer security gates.

Easy beach access from within the complex and is within a short walking distance from your unit.

UPSTAIRS:
Includes one Queen Size bedroom and ensuite. Large dining / living area which has Free to Air TV viewing and a range of Full access from the living dinning area to the balcony offers an outdoor setting and BBQ. A very relaxing spot. Child Safety Gates at top and bottom of stairs are supplied. The fully self-contained kitchen and walk in pantry are well equipped and provide full cooking facilities supported with refrigerator/freezer, dish washer and microwave. , Lounge, dinning, kitchen and bedroom are air conditioned and also fitted out with floor fans.

DOWNSTAIRS:
Has one Queen Size bedroom and 2 bedrooms each equipped with 2 single beds. Bathroom facilities include bath, shower and basin. Additional refrigeration and freezer space located in the garage. Washing machine, clothes dryer. A downstairs family room offers additional TV viewing including DVD player, ideal for the kids. Outdoor courtyard and outdoor setting. Large outdoor area, fully fenced with a safety gate. All berooms are air conditioned and also fitted out with floor fans.

There is plenty of vehicle parking space within the complex together with a lockable double garage.

Just 1.5 hours North of Perth CBD.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. Very spacious and fantastic location. Unfortunately we did not receive any check in information after our booking was confirmed. We were very close to leaving until a helpful neighbour was able to provide information for the caretaker who was able to assist. Otherwise, very happy with this property.

Ledge Point Luxury

We stayed in this beautiful apartment for 2 nights and wished we had stayed longer. We were very comfortable here. We had a BBQ, swim in the pool, played tennis with other guests and used the games room. We went out to do Quad biking and sand boarding in Lancelin and star gazing in Gin Gin. Stayed here for 3 nights with my 2 kids and another family. Villa is incredibly spacious, bedrooms are all a decent size. Kitchen well appointed and we appreciated having the extra fridge in the garage, a dryer and the outside shower for rinsing off the beach sand. The complex itself is quiet, peaceful and well maintained. Pool is heated which is a bonus. This villa doesn't have ocean views but we decided that was actually better as the upstairs balcony is shielded from the winds that can pick up in the afternoons. You can still hear the waves crashing and smell the ocean breeze so you get that beachside experience without being blasted by wind. If I could make 1 tiny suggestion it would be to pop a foam mattress topper on the downstairs queen as the mattress is quite hard. But it was no big deal and I slept well. Definitely the most restful holiday I've had in years and we're already thinking of rebooking next year. Thanks John & Poppy 😊

Relaxing get away

The property was well presented and set out with basically everything needed. There was a large selection of cutlery, crockery, oven trays. As mentioned in a previous reviews the knives are fairly bad and could do with a replace. Could do we some proper bbq utensils and equipment to clean to bbq too. It did say DVD library so we didn't pack DVDs for our kids, we could only find 2 kids DVDs and both didn't work properly. We loved relaxing on the balcony and the kids enjoyed having their own space in the courtyard. It was great being so close to the pool, which was a lovely temperature. The beach is also a very short walk. The games room has foosball and table tennis (bring only tablet tennis racquets and balls). We didn't play tennis as there was no shade and it was too hot. The layout of the house is great. It worked well for our large family. We really enjoyed our stay.

Best property for the location

Had a great experience from beginning to end with this property. Couldn’t quite get the dates we wanted but the owner managed to offer us other suitable dates and accommodate our needs. Plenty of precise information prior to the trip which made for a better experience. Especially happy to learn we may need eye masks and to ensure we brought our own groceries. The house is well presented and kitted out with everything you may need for your stay. We were not expecting to need a few pantry items which may have just naturally ran out but we replaced these so people staying after us may benefit from that. We used all the facilities - games room, pool and tennis court and enjoyed them immensely. It’s a shame that there is a sauna and spa however we couldn’t figure out if they were simply not working or not available to use. A few things that we felt could make this property even more amazing would be: * upgrade / more comfortable lounge suites * more luxurious bedding * harder mattresses * privacy locks on master and queen bedrooms * descale the shower heads * upgrade the downstairs TV (we had no TV input and the sound didn’t work on the TV so the kids had to watch Netflix through our laptop and use the sound from the laptop - not ideal but very much a first world problem) We had a very relaxing 6 nights. A nice change of pace for us and would definitely come back. Thanks so much for you hospitality and communication.
