Townhouse located 300 m from the beach Martim de Sá, best beach of Caraguatatuba, with 2 bedrooms, 2 WC, living room, kitchen, service area and furnished. It has all the basic items: fridge, stove, crockery, cutlery, pans, etc. Comfortably sleeps eight people. The property has pool for collective use, barbecue, garage for a medium size vehicle and gardens.
It is on a paved street, perpendicular to the beach promenade, in front of the number 8 kiosk.

Imóvel bom, Piscina pequena para o número de imóveis, mas muito limpa, porém se todas as unidades estiverem ocupadas fica muito cheia, fogão só funcionava duas bocas e a TV não funcionava. Com esses ajustes simples o Local ficará ótimo.
