Awesome little place
Myself and 2 friends use this place for a golf trip, plenty of room, nice and quiet in the country, the owner Charles helped out with all my question about the area, can't beat the price and his wife make the best homemade Cinnamon Rolls you will ever eat.
Me and a coworker stayed here for a month, house was clean and had all the necessities we could need for our stay. Charles was pleasant to rent from, would stay here again!
Excellant host. They make sure you have everything you need. They will give you a great taste of Southern Hospitality!

Peaceful stay
My husband and I enjoyed very much staying at this property. It's in a country setting with just a short drive to town. It's an older farm house that has been remodeled with many modern conveniences. The floors were especially beautiful. All of the rooms were large and gave us plenty of room to move around. We would definitely rent this property again.
This 3 bedroom place out in the country works out perfectly for my friends and myself we was able to bring 2 vehicles both towing boats and plug into and outside receptacle. Now let me say the hospitality Charles gave us was over the top with some smoked pork and homemade syrup and his wife made us homemade cinnamon rolls hands down the best we had ever eaten. I would stay again in a heartbeat and we’re already planning another trip soon .
This was the cutest little house. The decorations was beautiful. The owners was so nice and the cinnamon rolls was wonderful. This was the perfect house for us. We went to all the Antique Shops around that area and enjoyed it all. Thanks again Mr. Hardy for everything.

Has been a wonderful stay with having to extend a few days due to work. The fridge went out on us during our stay unfortunately but Charles was very quick to get the issue resolved by having a new one delivered and set up the next day. It’s out in the country and away from that “city life” just as I prefer. Ultimately, it was home away from home. The cinnamon rolls his wife makes are amazing and his hickory syrup was also. Thanks again for being a great host, we will not hesitate to stay again.

Tourney week
My wife and I rented this house for a week to stay in while fishing a tourney at wheeler lake. Charles and his wife Martha were Great! Starting off by getting to check in early and meet them in person with kindness and fresh cinnamon rolls!! House has plenty of room inside and out with plenty of room for trucks and boats. Yard has privacy and is secure. House has everything you need for your stay. We also had truck trouble and broke down 50 miles from town, and I reached out to Charles and he offered to pick us up and had a referral on a local shop that he called ahead and had a mechanic take good care of getting the truck back to us in time to fish the tourney. Hands down one of the best places I have stayed while on a fishing adventure and nicest people to deal with. We will be staying in his place again!
Cinnamon rolls were absolutely delicious! Thank you so much for those! Lots of extras that we needed that I usually forget were already provided, super nice host! Hope to stay again when we come back for work!
Always a good stay with Charles...the guys with me wanted another pan of his wife's cinnamon rolls! Comfortable spot...great for fishing trips...plenty of room to turn around with a large truck and boat!
Always a pleasure staying at one of Charles retreats!

Great Location. Great Host.
We traveled to Alabama for an extended work trip and found this to be a great location for us. Quiet country area, nice house. We really liked the local food choices and recommendations from our host. The fresh cinnamon rolls were VERY GOOD. We showed up later than expected due to some travel issues and were very pleased to find such a delicious treat waiting for us. Thanks again!

Enjoyed our stay
We came for a fishing tournament. The only improvements needed are a bathroom exhaust fan and more turn-around room for a boat. We would definitely stay here again. The cinnamon rolls were awesome!

Beautiful, clean .....
We stayed here this past weekend for the Winter Blues on Wheeler fishing tournament..We arrived at the house at 2am in the morning, and had a pan of homemade cinnamon rolls waiting on the table from his wife. THEY WERE AMAZING. Mr. Hardy stopped the next day and checked on us, just to make sure everything was good. Very nice, pleasant and caring. He gave us food recommendations in the area, we chose the Fish Creel one evening, and it was REALLY good. The house is very nice, and clean..has everything !! ( washer, dryer, dishwasher, even supplied with laundry soap, dishwasher detergent, everything)...We will definitely be back!!! Thanks Mr. And Mrs. Hardy again 😊

Loved it so much, we wished we could have stayed longer!
It was such a treat to stay at this adorable house. We evacuated here during Hurricane Irma so the calm of the country and kindness of the local community was an amazing break from the stress of the storm. We were welcomed by Lisa's delicious homemade cinnamon rolls which our daughter couldn't get enough of! The sheets were fresh and the beds were super comfortable! The house was cute and cozy and we felt at home immediately. Also, it was fairly recently remodeled quite nicely. The owner, Charles and his wife Lisa were so incredibly helpful; always open to answering questions or suggesting local restaurants and attractions. We've never met a more kind hearted couple. We look forward to coming back here again!

Wonderful stay in Anderson
It was a very beautiful house with plenty of room. The owners were wondeful and very sweet. The wife makes homemade cinnamon rolls and there was a pan waiting on us that was absolutely delicious. We really enjoyed our stay
