Overall it was a nice place, the owner communicated well with us. It was a little bit dirty in places (walls, doors, floor/carpet) but not much worse than many hotels we’ve been to. They area is great, felt secure and was close to Walmart and lots of fast food choices. The splash park and slides were a great hit with the kids and only about a 5 minute walk to there and a nice park about 2 blocks away. Both easily walkable with my 3 y/o.

We stayed here for about a week with our kids. Communication with the host was slow from the start — nearly 24 hours just to confirm the reservation. We paid extra to heat the pool, but it never got warm enough, host accused weather but even on hot days it wasn't warm enough. When we asked to turn it off and get a refund for the remaining days, the host refused.Cleanliness was a problem. We found a dead lizard in one of the rooms. The AC units are loud enough to disrupt sleep — which was already tough since the beds aren't comfortable. Basic supplies like soap and toilet paper ran out quickly and we had to buy our own.The children's amenities at the resort are pretty basic — don't expect much if you're traveling with kids. However, the resort main pool is pretty nice and heated properly, also a nice hot tub next to it.Location is convenient for Disney and the kitchen worked fine, but that's not enough to make up for the rest. Would not rebook.
