Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Copies of driver's licenses of all adults must be provided within 24 hours of booking for entry into the WH Resort. NO 3rd party bookings.
Use of cigarettes, marijuana, or vaping on/in the property is prohibited. Violators will be removed without a refund and fined $300 for smoke removal.
Guest must read and agree to ALL terms of the rental agreement at the time of booking. Failure to do so may result in the cancelation of the booking.

This townhouse was a fantastic find! The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the decor gave the whole place a cozy, homey vibe. Having a private pool was a huge convenience, and the location was perfect for visiting the Walt Disney World attractions. Highly recommend for a relaxing and convenient getaway.

Disney vacation

June was amazing to rent from. The house was perfect. Close to Disney without much traffic which was a big plus. Communicating with the owners was easy and they seemed like wonderful people. We would absolutely stay here again when we come back to Disney.

Exactly As Advertised!

The Mouse House was perfect for our family for a few days in Orlando. Super close and easy to the parks. Great pool at the resort as well as the plunge pool! Very clean and well stocked rental home for the week. Highly recommend!

We come to this resort every year, and this year decided to return to the mouse house, as it exceeded all of our expectations the first time we stayed. Great location, always clean and well taken care of, not a thing to worry about. Best way to spend a vacation is staying somewhere that makes you feel comfortable, and this was just that! Perfect house for our Disney stay!

The house was clean and well prepared for us. There was plenty of room for our party of 5. The two kids loved all the little Disney touches. The location was terrific, close to all of the parks and attractions. It was also close to grocery stores and restaurants. Really helped make our stay memorable. 🤗💕

This was the perfect spot for Disney

We planned this family vacation for our kids and stayed at The Mouse House. It was perfect on many fronts - plenty of space for us, very close to all Disney parks and the Walmart was ideal for cooking in as a family after being out all day. Finally, the water park at the community center allowed our kids to take a break from lines and crowds at the parks and just enjoy water, relaxing and laughing. Thank you June and Erik!

You won’t regret renting this place!

We loved staying at the Mouse House! The home was well stocked, VERY clean, and nicely decorated. It was so pleasant to be here after long days at the Disney parks. The small pool on site was convenient for my 4 and 6 year old if they needed a quick and easy activity before dinner. And the Windsor’s Hills resort pool was a huge hit! The owners of this unit are the real deal and are amazing communicators. They will go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable and meets expectations.

Really a Top Shelf Place to Stay

After traveling to the Caribbean and different places here in the United States and also this area, this was a great place to come with your family. Very convenient and close to the parks and supermarket and rent a car. Good restaurants for grub hub or Uber eats, 30 minutes from the airport and people at Windsor resort were very nice by the main office or security at the front desk. This place I highly recommend it for you and your family it is very safe and the pool was great also 😁🤗,and the owners were great and easy to communicate with for every little thing they responded to you very quickly. I was so satisfied that I extended my stay one more day before I left to my second vacation with my family to South Beach, before returning back to New York

Great location & Nice house

I stayed at the Mickey Mouse house with my 15 year old son and 3 of his friends. The house worked out great! We had plenty of room to sleep and chill. All the beds were very comfortable. The house was clean and nicely decorated. The owners thought of every need, they had beach towels, bathroom towels, ponchos, plenty of cookware, etc. We had dinner every night at the house. I was able to make simple meals with the cookware and utensils available at the house. The house is conveniently located just 10-15 min to Disney World and 25 minutes to Universal. There is a Walmart 5 minutes away and a target and a Publix just 7 minutes away. We took a day off between theme parks and stayed at the property. We enjoyed the pool at the house and the waterpark at the property. It was nice having these options for hot days. June was very responsive with my questions. Their check in instructions were very detailed and helpful.

Absolutely beautiful home, perfect location, very clean!

The owners June & Erik have amazing and great communication for this beautiful and perfect vacation rental. They truly were the sweetest and sincere to couple to work with. We picked this home because of modern and clean home design, location to places and location to the club house pool. It was perfect for all three of those. Great price for this is home with private pool and clubhouse pool. The pictures were exactly what the rental was like. Clean home, modern and bright. Great size bedrooms, great space to move around, nice bathrooms, great kitchen, perfect private pool. Very easy drive and quick drive to Disney, shopping, grocery stores and restaurants, yet tucked away from the city noise. The location was GREAT!!!! The clubhouse pool area was clean and the kids really enjoyed the water slides. We ordered the pizzas the last night from the clubhouse and they were delicious! House bonus: was all the items provided. Huge screen TVs in every room. Pool towels, in addition to nice bath towels. Enough kitchen gadgets to cook and prep food. Enough starter items, like tp, paper towels, soaps, etc, until we got groceries. This home was set up for family and kids, which worked great for our crew. Only problem, a week was not long enough! We would definitely stay here again and recommend this to family and friends.

Great Family Stay for Disney and Florida Fun

The space was the perfect size and very clean. The kids used the splash pool and loved that we could walk to both a community playground and the large community pool. Having the in house washer/dryer was awesome and the daily trash pickup was actually very convenient.

Perfect for a family!

We had a wonderful time staying at the Mouse House. The property was clean, close to Disney, had a wonderful private pool and the splash pad/community pool was an added bonus. We're June and Erik Ronneberg -- known as Nana and Grandpa to our 13 grandchildren. We've recently moved from the Texas Hill Country to the Florida Treasure Coast. We bought the townhome in 2018 as an investment property -- but have come to really enjoy the hospitality aspect of owning a vacation home. We are so proud of the townhome that we have created for families to enjoy during their vacations to Central Florida. And we take every effort to ensure the families that stay at The Windsor Hill Mouse House have an experience that they want to return to again and again.

As we toured the various resorts in the Disney area, we were most impressed with all that Windsor Hills Resort offered its homeowners and vacationers. We love the proximity to all the attractions and the variety of restaurants and shopping options.
