House in Oslo near Holmenkollen SkiJump and Tryvann Winter Park

Available from 17th of December 2019 to January 8th 2020 (22 nights).

The house is located next to the "Nordmarka" forrest in Oslo, where you will find all the cross country skiiing trails as well as the "Tryvann" winter park for down hill skiing, snowboarding etc. The subway is only 4 minutes walking distance from the house, or you can park your car in our parking spot next to the house. The subway will take you to Oslo city center in about 30 minutes and the subway route is beautiful with a very nice view of the city!

Fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need, a big living room with a 50" TV and a big sofa. A huge dining table in the kitchen with seats for about 8-10 people. Also a cozy fireplace in the living room.

3 bedrooms;
Bedroom 1: Double size bed for 2 people.
Bedroom 2: Sleeping coach, either for one person, or can be expanded for 2 people as a double bed.
Bedroom 3: Is just an empty room. I can prepare for a double bed/mattresses on the floor in this room you like :-)

Other things worth to mention is:
House is very close to the "Holmenkollen" ski arena (ski jump). About 3 minutes to drive by car, or about 5-10 minutes with the subway.
This area is the most popular are in Oslo during the winter time because of the Tryvann area, all the cross country ski trails (in walking distance from the house) and Frognerseteren Restaurant.

Usually there is A LOT OF SNOW at this time of year. No guarantees, but usually a LOT.

Normally we live here, a familiy of 4, two adults and two young kids. But we are renting out because we are going on vacation. It´s a very friendly and calm neighbourhood and perfect for a holiday for snow and skiing, or just as a tourist travelling to Oslo to see the city.

Also, toboggan track "Korketrekkeren" is walking distance from the house.
Take the subway to the top, toboggan down the "korketrekkeren", repeat 😉 You can rent slides at the track.
