Welcome to this BRAND NEW totally renovated 1914 beauty brought back to life! Huge living room/dining room/kitchen, VERY FAST INTERNET access and VERY CLOSE TO DOWNTOWN DETROIT (Fisher Theater, Cobo center, Ford Field, Little Ceasars, etc), a short ride (Uber/Lyft) ride and very close to the QLine, USB charging in every room, 3 4K tvs, all the amenities your group needs! We would love to host your group! Plenty of parking!

- I require my guests to fill out and sign my online contract (website allows me to access your email only after the booking is completed) but a few very important things to note in the contract:
> 100% No Parties
> Only registered guests are allowed in the house, any visitors need approval
> Quiet hours 9pm to 9am, after 9pm all activity is inside the house.

> There are monetary penalties for breaking important rules

Great for a large work group

We had an extended stay here (about a month) in the lead-up to working a large conference. This was a great place to work out of, and had many bedrooms to accommodate everyone. It actually had a bonus bedroom as they had just added a finished room in the basement. The huge kitchen table was great to work from and hold meetings at. The space was clean and quiet neighborhood

Spacious and very clean

The house was just as advertised and we had a great time. It’s easy to get downtown or hop on the xpressway to the ‘burbs. The owner was very responsive with quick communication. We come every summer and will stay here again.
