The Family Entertainer is a stunning resort inspired property. It has a solar heated swimming pool and a gas heated 6 person spa/jacuzzi making it truly an entertainer’s paradise. The deck is roofed creating a spacious alfresco, entertaining area which effortlessly blends indoor and outdoor living.

This beautiful holiday home located in a quiet tea tree lined cul-de-sac, is filled with natural light and its' stylish interiors create a relaxed holiday atmosphere in the heart of Rye for the ideal summer vacation or weekend getaway with family and friends. It is situated approximately 2 kilometres from all the delights of Rye front beach, fabulous shopping precinct and the ever popular fairground attractions. It is a 15-20 minute walk to Number 16 beach , cafe and general store. This oasis in Rye provides guests with an envious location within a short drive to the Mornington Peninsula wine region, world class golf courses district, and the hot springs or you can just stay put and enjoy the relaxed coastal setting of this resort-style holiday rental in Rye. It's perfect for your summer or winter escape.

The property can easily accommodate up to 11 guests, with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, which have recently been renovated, a separate toilet, 2 living areas, split system air-conditioning, central heating, ceiling fans in bedrooms and dishwasher. Free Wi Fi / Internet is provided through the house. The living room has a 55 inch Smart TV with DVD and Netflix. Netflix is also available in the TV in the master bedroom. The spacious, central entertaining deck is fully roofed, with alfresco style access from living/dining/master bedroom. Gas BBQ, 2 and 3 seater lounge and 10 seater outdoor dining setting. Safe fully fenced rear garden with sand pit, cubby house, swings, slide, trampoline and table tennis. Cot and high chair provided. Property has double lock up garage.

▪️We are NOT a party house, so please do not enquire if this is your intention. Complaints from neighbours due to excessive noise will result in termination of your booking and the security bond will not be refunded.

Make sure the barbecue is clean. Dispose of any excess rubbish that does not fit into the rubbish bins. Put rubbish bins on the nature strip on departure.
Leave the house and outside space clean and tidy. Throw or rubbish in bins provided.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Functions or parties are not permitted. If this occurs, we reserve the right to terminate your stay.
The use of outdoor spaces between 11pm and 7am isn’t permitted (includes the use of spa and pool). Noise complaints may result in termination of stay
The number of guests staying at the property should be those indicated on the booking, unless approved in advance of your stay

Our stay in Rye was absolutely perfect. The house exceeded our expectations in every way. It was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed for comfort and relaxation. The highlight, however, was the outdoor area. The pool and spa were incredible. The space was thoughtfully set up and perfect for entertaining. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway.

Great Easter Break

We had a great time over our Easter break with family staying at this property. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great but on saying that the hot tub got a workout. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy and the area was beautiful for some nice hilly walks. Recommended for a relaxing stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean and as described. Located in a quiet estate the generous proportions of the property made it a perfect location to relax and unwind.
