There are 2 zones, perfect families or couples. The king size bedrooms are towards the front of the house and the remaining 3 bedrooms and retreat are at the back, serviced by a large bathroom with bath and separate toilet.

There are 3 living rooms boasting an impressive home theatre room with a 2 meter screen and a quality 5 point surround sound system with Netflix, STAN, Amazon Prime and Disney + to keep everyone entertained for hours! Opening to the backyard there is a large family room with plasma TV and beautiful 12 seater leather sofa. There is also a double, remote control lock up garage plus a full size table tennis table!

The hostess kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a 900mm cooktop and stove, Caesar stone benchtops, dishwaser and a large island bench with 4 bar stools perfect for entertaining. The dining area with a beautiful 12 seat dining setting adjoins timber bi-fold doors that open to the covered alfresco area. There is a huge 120 square meter decking that sweeps around the property to the landscaped back yard. All living areas have a northerly aspect and are flooded with natural light throughout the day. The laundry has a brand new washer and dryer.

Amazing home for a weekend getaway!

A group of 12 of us stayed here for the Easter weekend. It was a great experience, we all loved the home and many mentioned it was their favourite one so far (and we've stayed in many!!). The strongest part which a lot of people don't talk about is bed comfort levels. We've had a lot of holiday homes where we don't sleep much - the beds are uncomfy and rooms are dusty. We all slept like babies in this house. It comfy, clean and lots of room!

Fantastic well located house 2 streets from the beach. House wonderfully set up with generous provisions left in pantry. Great beds Had a problem with hot water on day 2 but quickly attended by owners and fixed next day. Will definately book again.

Thank you for considering Luxe for your next getaway. I am Laura, I am a professional who works in the finance industry and a mother of 2 young children. My husband Mark and I built this property in 2009. We love to travel and visit exciting new places regularly.

Why they chose this property

The space at Luxe is what makes it so great. There is so much room to spread out and relax. Even though you might have up to 14 people at the house at any given time, you will never feel cramped or get cabin fever. All of the bedrooms are spacious and the living spaces are very spacious. The house is prefect for to share between a few families, a work/team getaway or an opportunity to catch up with friends.

What makes this property unique

The home cinema is a definite plus - perfect for all weather and really allows you and your guests to relax while enjoying a movie or watching your favorite spots on Foxtel.
The location is amazing, quiet yet so close to the beach and the action of Blairgowrie and Sorrento.
The large kitchen, dining table and outdoor spaces are perfect for entertaining all year round.
