Clean BUT it’s a townhouse so be aware…

We really liked the cleanliness, space and quality of the property, HOWEVER, understand that this is a townhouse so you share a wall with others. Twice during our stay we almost had to leave as the smell of marijuana was SO BAD! We couldn’t have our friends over one night because they didn’t want their child in that smell. So frustrating. They did bring us an air purifier but there’s only so much it can do! There was also thumping music one night that went on and on….I didn’t expect that and we did not get any compensation for the inconveniences. Really frustrating as it was so bad that it would make you sick. Really disappointed in the owners/managers that we didn’t get a small discount on the stay. Also, know that they require lots of extra damage protection fees in addition to the “normal ones.”

Michelle, we regret that you did not experience a stay to the high standard that our many guests have enjoyed. We have never experienced this issue but wanted to resolve it if possible. After stating that you would leave due the situation we understood your position. Within hours we had a $250 air purifier delivered which you initially stated worked perfectly. We aim to please every guest but there may be situations in which we can’t control. We do charge a nominal cleaning fee, however, that is all. The damage protection fee is automatically refunded after your stay if there are no issues. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and wish you the best.

The owners interaction with me was exceptional.

Excellent communications with the owner. One item of note. The window shade in the far end bedroom fell down. It appeared to be damaged at some earlier date. However if it’s believed to be a fault of mine please feel free to bill be.

Everything went great!!! One thing though is the reset button on the water heater thermostat kept tripping throughout the weekend.

Thank you for staying with us. Unfortunately, your stay was not a pleasant one for us. You violated our policies by smoking in our home and having a dog. The utilities were extremely high in comparison to other stays this time of year. There was an excessive amount of trash left behind. You removed the lock from our home. There was damage to the door. We had to replace the bed and linen.
