LOCATION>>>LOCATION>>>LOCATION!! A fabulous 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo situated in the HEART of Naples. This 1000+ sq. ft. condo overlooks the pool and the beauty and serenity of the golf course. This condo can sleep 4 comfortably and includes high speed internet and cable. It is amazingly only 14 blocks from the beautiful white sand beaches and pristine waters of the Gulf of Mexico. It is located just one mile from the largest mall in Naples and two miles from the world famous 5th, Avenue in Old Naples. There are at least 7 great restaurants within walking distance and it's a short 5-minute taxi ride to Mercato, which offers 12 notable restaurants, over 20 upscale retailers and a 12-screen premier-style theater. This beautiful gem of a rental includes unlimited golf and tennis, access to 6 different pools, a pro shop, and an active clubhouse where you can enjoy a restaurant, a fitness center, yoga, cards, line dancing, art classes, parties and many other activities. The master bedroom is equipped with a brand new king size bed and the guest room has 2 brand new twin beds. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. Although we personally are animal lovers, unfortunately for the safety and comfort of others smoking and pets are not permitted.

We only rent our unit by the month, Monthly rentals include all Florida taxes and fees, the cleaning fees are also included in our monthly rental price.
January - April $6000.00 monthly May - December $3000.00 monthly Note : The only other fees are from VRBO

Retiree's haven

Properly sized for a two month stay. There is a good mix of renters and year round resident who interact very well. Most are retirees, but there are a few grandkids to wake us up. The two months went fast.

8.5 out of ten.

Unit was good- not great. Kitchen & one bath are updated. 2nd bath will be updated this summer. Missing lots of little things (can openers, sufficient flatware, very few dishes) Building itself is tired and in need of work. High Point itself is very good. Golf course is not great (par 3 & 9 holes) but it's free. High Point is very well located. Close enough to beach, 5th Ave South etc. Although just off 41 it's quiet. We would go there again next year but unit is already reserved.
