This 4-bedroom beach house comfortably accommodates two families or a group of up to 9 guests, promising an idyllic getaway experience. Should you crave a different water experience, a leisurely walk will take you to Lake Macquarie, where you can enjoy a refreshing swim or indulge in some fishing.

Step into the house and discover an open plan living and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern amenities including a full-size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle, ensuring utmost convenience during your stay. The living area features a flat-screen TV, comfortable lounge, and a dining table with bench seating.

For alfresco dining and relaxation, the expansive undercover deck is the ultimate spot. The main and fourth bedrooms boast queen-size beds, while the third bedroom offers two single beds, and the second bedroom features a tribunk (double bed on the bottom, single bed on the top). Ceiling fans in all bedrooms ensure a cool and comfortable stay during the summer months, complemented by refreshing sea breezes. Additionally, the house provides two bathrooms for your convenience.

Ample secure parking space is available for multiple cars, boats, or jetskis, allowing you to utilize either the long driveway or street parking. A conveniently located boat ramp, just a 5-minute drive away, enables easy access to the channel for your boating adventures. This home is exclusively booked for your use and is professionally cleaned before your arrival. We offer contactless check-in and check-out for a safe stay.

Neighbour Policy: No parties or excessive noise allowed as per NSW Short-Term Letting Legislation and Local Council Laws. Failure to comply may result in police-assisted eviction or additional charges. Respect our neighbours' right to quiet enjoyment. A noise monitor and security camera may be present, but they will not be accessed unless alerted of any issues by neighbours or calls.

Prior to your arrival, please ensure that you fill out our check-in form. This form will request photo identification and evidence of credit card ownership. Additionally, please be aware that a $500 security deposit will be required. This deposit will be refunded upon inspection of the property upon your departure. Please be advised that it may take a few days for your bank to return the funds to your card, which is beyond our control.

Please complete a check-in form with your home address, email, and a copy of your Driver's License for identification. The maximum number of guests is stated in your booking, and additional visitors must be approved in writing by Lakeshores staff.

The reservation price is based on a minimum of (4) guests. Additional guests are charged per person per night. Reductions in guest numbers are non-refundable. Please enter the correct number of guests (children under 2 are free) when booking.

We aim to be eco-friendly. Basic toiletries may be provided, but it is recommended to bring your own. Hand wash and basic kitchen essentials will be supplied. Linen is provided, but please bring your own towels for pools, lakes, or beaches.

Insurance: We recommend obtaining Domestic Travel Insurance to cover emergencies, event cancellations, and situations not eligible for refunds as per our Terms & Conditions.

• The host will not be held responsible for issues outside of their control, ie poor weather, power blackouts, insects ie mosquitoes or sandflies, spiders etc, internet or appliance failure or activities not directly in control of Lakeshores Accommodation. We will, of course, endeavour to rectify any issue should one arise however we cannot be held liable for such events. We must be given an opportunity to resolve any issues or move you to another of our properties before requesting any refunds.
