We provide donnas and covers, bedsheets, pillows and covers enough for number of guests booked only. Any extra guest will be charged an extra fee $25 per person per night after paying for your booking. Cleaning during stay can be organised with extra fee if you require.

Check in: on or after 3pm, door code will be provided before arrival for self check in as it often changing for security purposes. Extra fee $50 apply for early check in before 3pm

Check out: latest 10am, follows Check out requests on our fridge. Our housekeeper is always scheduled at the property on time 10am, so late check out must be request in advance. Another $50 apply for late check out after 10am.

This property is 2 hours drive from Sydney, 40 mins drive to Hunter Valley wine region, 1hr drive to Nelson Bay.

* All appliances, air-conditioner, heater (except fridge) to turn off when no one in the house
* If you stay on Tuesday evening, please take garbage bins to the street like the neighbours for collection early Wednesday morning. We really appreciate this.
