Our children loved this house so much! The backyard was perfect for a place to play and hangout in between vacation activities! The bunk bed was squeaky but so fun as well!!! Being in cul de sac was so nice as well. Felt very safe and private.
We stayed here for Spring Training - and loved every minute. Wonderful location and great for kids. The backyard and pool are fantastic for families with kids.

Really nice place for kids, nice pool, gaming table, bean bag chair.
The place is lovely. My children came into town but since we downsized, we didn't have space to accommodate. There were some broken blinds which I took photos, and the carpet needed to be shampooed but everything else was great!
We had to call for check in instructions an hour before arrival, upon arrival we noticed the house was not what we have come to expect from previous VRBO rentals. This particular rental was managed differently. The living room TV wasn’t working properly, it was either frozen or buffering, 4 remotes not labeled and no TV instructions provided, wrong WiFi listed in the instructions book, patio door lock loose, trash pull out loose and out of balance, then the bathroom exhaust fan made screeching noise and locked up. We didn’t feel safe. We called the number listed and someone was supposed to call back, after an hour we called the management company and no one said they were coming out just that they would look into it. It was getting late and we didn’t know what else we would find or what they planned to do. We were in an unfamiliar area and it was getting dark, decided after 3 hours to leave and go to a hotel. We took pictures and videos. We never even unpacked. The house should have been properly maintained. What if the patio lock was loose because someone tried to break in? What if the exhaust fan locked up and started a fire? Such a disappointing experience and now they are arguing we didn’t give them enough time to address. the concerns so they won’t refund us in full for the 6 nights we prepaid!
The home was clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and the host was responsive when I reached out with questions. I would definitely stay here again.
The property was clean and ready for us upon arrival. The property and surrounding neighborhood was quiet. Even though the pool was cold the kids did enjoy it and the diving board. There are several minor items that need to be addressed to provide a better experience. The AC filter was absolutely disgusting and needs to be replaced ASAP. The fan in the main bathroom does not work, it turns on and makes noise but does not work. The living room TV set up needs to be updated to one remote and offer all apps plus local channels. Carpets are dirty and need to be cleaned. Lighting outside is much non existent; need to replace bulbs or fixtures. Apparently the renter is responsible for the propane tank so if you are grilling be prepared to fill the tank if it is empty. There were no dish rags for the kitchen or Kleenex in the house. The bunk beds are very squeaky and not sturdy, a small child would need to be in the upper bunk. The fan in this room doesn't shut off unless you shut the light off. The blinds in this room also need to be replaced, they are very difficult to close, I thought I was going to break it when closing them. The cable outet in the master bedroom is not attached to the wall. The trash can cabinet does not stay on track, appears to be broken. Since a garage door opener is not provided an additional key would be appreciated if renters split in different groups they need to have access to the home at different times.
While the house is nice it needs a lot of maintenance. The master bathroom door doesn't close, sinks drain slowly, blinds don't open/close, fridge filter needs to be replaced, etc.
Check in was easy. Evolve responded quickly with an issue. Good location , if a little noisy. This is across from a community college that had loud music. There must have been a fair, the music was not offensive. We had a toddler who is noisy himself so the music did not bother us. This is the second year we have stayed at this property.
Cool place. Just me and my son. I wish there would have been propane for the grill. Mistakes happen though. Would stay again. I thought I booked an extra day. Luckily I hadn’t left for a baseball game. House cleaner knocked and notified me that we needed to be gone. We gathered our stuff up and we’re gone in 5 minutes.

Great location
My family was there for a BMX bike clinic. Very close to the Black Mountain BMX track!! The house was very clean when we got there. My 9 year old loved the "love sack" AKA huge bean bag!! The pool would have been great if the weather was warmer!! Would have been awesome if it was heated during the not so hot times in Phoenix!! The bad thing was we couldn't find the remote to the garage and had to get out unlock the door go open the garage through the house. The garage door button inside needs to be replaced. Also the skimmer pole for the pool had no net. Other than those few little things it was a great place to stay!!
The property was great for the little ones to play outside. Everything was nice and clean, nice linens, and the kitchen dishes, utensils, etc. was extremely well stocked for preparing meals. The one thing I would have changed is due to our family's preference for sleeping in darkness. The wooden shades do not block-out the sunlight well. Solid shades or adding curtains to the bedrooms would make the property perfect in my eyes.
It was easy to find and get into the property. Many "extras" provided. Perfect size for our needs. Some suggestions: give more indepth info on living room tv-4 remotes with no idea which was for what, weren't able to truly watch. Provide serving/cooking spoons-lots of items but no spoons. Fix/get better pool tools-net didn't have the net and handle was flimsy. Clean out shed-some swim items in there but was all just thrown in there and there was a bad smell in there.
Overall a very nice property for families with children. It has a great backyard with plenty of toys for kids. I liked the separate fence around the pool with latch on top where little fingers can’t reach. The property backs up to a busy road , but there is a concrete fence around the property so we felt safe. It was a little loud, but if you have children that is a good thing as the street noise drowns out the kids noise and the music from the neighbors and the college across the street. I would have rated this 5 stars, but some simple things are run down and really should be addressed. The floor molding around kitchen counter pops up and has tacks sticking out of strip. ( not good for toddler, we just put the strips up) . More concerning is the material under the molding, pellets of insulation (perhaps?) that the 2 year old called popcorn and wanted to eat. Also the closing spout in the bathroom doesn’t work. I was able to wrap washcloth around and the water stayed in the bathtub long enough for a toddler bath. The master bathroom is beautiful and works well. A few simple fixes and easily a 5 for families. If I travel to Phoenix again with young ones I would definitely stay here again.

Spacious family friendly home close to Scottsdale
Beautiful homey house with a truly "lived in" feel throughout. We were on a weekend trip to a foodie adventure at Scottsdale Quarter and some lite hiking at Piestewa Peak and Camelback mountain. The house is in a cul-de-sac in a safe neighborhood with a two car large garage and plenty of parking space in the driveway for two mid sized vehicles. This was great for a post hike trip. We were able to drive in directly to the garage and unload our gear then walk directly in to the house. The home is perfect for families on the go. The space sleeps 7 very comfortably and has tons of amenities to keep kids busy. From a ginormous bean bag to sink into while watching movies, to tons of outdoor fun activities in the large backyard. Our soccer star could not get enough of practicing his goal kicks, while our little mermaid soaked in some rays near the gated pool.
The house itself is clean and beautifully decorated with tons of great features throughout. There's a coffee bar to delight any parent in the early mornings and a large space to seat your family during mealtime. The foosball/pool table in the family area was great to keep the kids entertained while the parents prepared for the day's outing. The grand kitchen is a chef's dream. The bedrooms each had a spacious area to sleep in with plenty of clean sheets. The bathrooms were tidy with nice water pressure for those long post hike showers. The backyard had several outdoor spaces to accommodate every person's preference. You could barbeque, relax, swim, play, or just smell the roses.
The location was perfect! Close enough for those luxurious foodie taste tests experiences at Scottsdale Quarter restaurants but far enough away from the lights, traffic and noise that go along with any large popular venue.
We are a "no shoes in the home family", so we try to keep carpets clean from any outdoor dirt. This carpet does have a "lived in" look, but it was clean and we appreciated not having to stress about keeping up appearances with a pristine carpet. It made our stay there much more relaxed and worry free.
The host can be easily reached and responds in an adequate time frame.
We hope to be able to stay here again upon our next Phoenix adventure!
An open floor plan with a great backyard and pool. Rooms were great to stay in and everything was cleaned upon arrival and easy to clean up upon checkout. The only nit-picky thing is it’s on a main road so you can hear all the traffic if the doors and windows are open. I would stay here again!
The property representative was so helpful with checking in. The house was spotless, smelled fresh, and the beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of towels, and the kitchen is stocked with all the appliances and utensils necessary to cook and eat in. We stayed for five nights, it’s central location was perfect for all of the things we wanted to do, and has easy access to family spread all over Phoenix. It has a fenced back yard, and the adjacent pool is fenced so the little kids can play safely. We will definitely stay here again. We compared pricing with the Embassy Suites, and this is the best value by far.
