Watch the ocean whilst relaxing with a glass of wine in front of the Coonara fireplace (kids guard available) or cooking a BBQ on the deck. Cathedral ceilings with north facing sky-windows produce a light and airy ambience throughout. A reverse cycle inverter air-conditioner ensures a comfortable environment year round. Other little extras include: a renovated modern, fully tiled bathroom with double-sized shower, double vanity and Thermofilm heater; carport; sound system with USB and 3mm connections; electric blankets; portacot , doonas and blankets, pillows, out-door shower for those beach wash-offs, large front lawn area and heaps of firewood.

Alternatively, drive 5 minutes (or if you are up to it, walk 45-50 mins!) to Apollo Bay with it's golf course, brewery, distillery, pubs, pier and fish co-op, charming main street, great shops, cafe's and restaurants and beautiful beaches. Treat yourself to one of the many fine food establishments of the area including the award winning Chris' restaurant at Beacon Point which sits at the top of the hill directly above Ocean Vista or one of the fantastic restaurants of Apollo Bay such as Graze, Casalingo and The Birdhouse.
