We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay at Whitecap Beach! The condo was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect fit for us with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We loved the heated pool and hot tub and the proximity to the pristine beach. The property is steps away from the beautiful WhiteCap Beach! You can choose to walk to the beach or drive and park on the beach! There are many restaurant options around the area and 10 min drive over the bridge to pretty much all shops/restaurants you can desire. The property is located in a quiet area and easy parking.

Property was clean and bed was very comfortable, although it was a full, not a Queen as advertised. Kitchen was not very well stocked with cookware; skillets were scratched and unsafe to use, so we had to purchase a skillet. Parking spot is also not very close to unit. Also, coffee maker, toaster and microwave were plugged into a power strip that tripped off if you tried to use toaster and microwave at the same time. A clean and nice property that needs upgrades to kitchen to be considered ‘fully stocked’

Easter Beach Break

Everything was as advertized. We enjoyed the short walk to beach.,the cleanliness at pool and spa. Sadly the sauna was out of commission, and the fitness center was very busy most of the time. Bed was comfy. Would like working lamp in living area and regular plates rather than stained plastic ones. We ended up buying paper plates. Overall a quiet convenient place to relax.

Great Get-a-way

The instructions/rules were clearly known and posted in the condo. It was a perfect place to get away for my best friend and I. The only confusion I had was the parking space. Instructions said corner on the backside of the building but it isn’t the building we were staying in. On the second page of instructions the number of the space was there. No big deal. Everyone we encountered was so friendly. Very close to the beach. Condo was just as pictured and very cozy. Everything was clean and it has everything we needed. Owner even text me on day 2 to see if everything was ok. Would definitely book again. Thank you!

Corpus Christi Beach Club - Unit 117

Our experience was fine. We didn't spend a lot of time in the apartment since we had family staying nearby in a much larger apartment where we could all gather.This apartment was as described, though it seemed a bit "thin" on amenities that I've grown to expect from stays at other privately-owned residences (ie: VRBOs). I did expect there to be shampoo, conditioner, body wash and laundry detergent available (not the tiny bottles that one expects to get in a hotel). We did purchase inexpensive hangers since there were none available (we left the hangers in the closet). I'd like to suggest that the owner provide a floor lamp in the living area for those who like to read (me!). The small table lamp and the overhead lights in the kitchen area did not provide enough light for reading.

Long Weekend Getaway

This was a great location! Whitecap Beach is easily accessible at only a block away. Port A is also close at about 15-20 mins away. The property itself is absolutely precious and came at a reasonable price. A designated parking space was a nice perk. Checking in was SO easy. After long days at the beach, it is just what you need. That being said, there were a couple little things I noticed that would improve the stay. The shower has very little pressure and the bottom of the shower has a mat in it due to wear and tear. The mat is not a decent one as it slips and slides making it very unsafe. Also, the bedroom, although spacious and with a huge closet, has old school shag carpet. Not noticeable in the carpet were quite a few sticker burrs on either side of the bed, requiring us to wear shoes at all times. The condo was overall clean, but could definitely use a deep clean in corners, on baseboards, and the bathroom floor. With all that, we loved our time at the beach & will definitely be back. Just a few housekeeping things that can easily be maintained a little better!

We had a great time here. We have stayed at this property before so we knew we’d enjoy it but specifically this condo was really nice. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed too. Overall, it was a nice place. Pots and pans were unusable. Burnt- need new pans. We were not able to get ahold of management or even leave a message. Ran out of toilet paper. Only given two rolls. Dead bolt does not work on front door.
