This place is great if you have anyone who might be physically unable to go upstairs or walk long distances. You can park close to the elevator, and the room is right there when it opens. Other than that, everything was clean, and check-in was easy. I would suggest you bring a few towels, especially if you need towels for your hair or are going to the Beach. But we had a great stay, and it was conveniently located to all the things we needed.

Great for a family of four. Very comfortable space. Short walk to the beach. Central to all the great Kill Devil food spots and walkable to some! Huge covered deck area with comfortable seating. Nothing major, but a few things to note: 1. Keyless entry is glitchy. Frequently it doesn’t unlock and you have to wait a few minutes for it to reset itself which was rather annoying. 2. TVs are a little outdated… TV in the living room isn’t a smart TV so you can’t log into any streaming service to watch anything besides cable service. 3. The beach club property is right in front of you on the beach. Beach is very crowded in this area because they set up 20-30 umbrellas and a ton of chairs for their renters which takes up a lot of the beach.

Difficulty getting into condo originally as we had to put a checkmark after code entered on door. Didn't realize that the checkmark after the code was part of the code. Had to call office as we have never encountered that before and tried for 15 minutes to get in. Would be good to give people a heads up. We travel a fair amount and have never had that on a code.Also condo ran out of toilet paper and we had to buy some. Slightly annoying.Living room overhead light with ceiling fan didn't work. Otherwise very nice 2 bedroom condo . Small ocean view. Great outdoor patio for coffee in the morning and cocktail in the evening.
