Condo 4 South is located at the exclusive development Sierra del Mar los Arcos, only 14 km from Zona Romantica, Puerto Vallarta.

The condo was decorated keeping in mind Mexican culture, nature and comfort. The tasteful modern Mexican furniture enhanced with closets and cabinets made with “Parota” (wood from the region) and colorful art from local, international artists as well as some pieces from the owners do not compete but balance the beauty of the stunning ocean views.
To access the (2700 SF) condo there is an elevator that runs from the parking lot and terrace floor and opens directly at the unit’s hall, the option to use the back stairs is always good to stay fit and only takes three stories from the lobby.
The elevator opens to the hall where a unique wood credenza from the Mexican Caribbean with charming art and innovative lamps welcoming our guests, the hall is the transition area to the powder room, access to the laundry room and service stairs are located. After the hall you will be entering the open entertainment space (796 SF) also decorated with tasteful modern Mexican furniture and colorful art balancing the stunning ocean views. The open entertainment space includes the living room, cocktail lounge and kitchen.
The living room was decorated keeping in mind, functionality, comfort and coziness. There are couches for six people, media center with a 65” TV and BOSE soundbar system and a cocktail room with four modern and swiveling chairs, all strategically placed to enjoy the breeze and nature sounds, ambient music having a cocktail or enjoy your favorite TV show.
If you enjoy cooking, the experience at the open kitchen where on one side is the terrace’s dining table and ocean views and in the other art, cool furniture and music will indulge your senses. The kitchen is equipped with high-tech appliances (microwave, oven, gas stove, Vitamix, Caprese coffee maker), dishware and cooking utensils as well as a beautiful island with stools.
The entertainment space is integrated to the terrace (51 M2 or 549 SF) just by opening the sliding doors transforming the area into a magnificent room. Imagine spending time with family and friends surrounded with wonderful views to Los Arcos, the ocean, city and the exotic pool located at the building’s ground level.
Most of the people love to eat outdoors in this paradise, therefore, the dining table for six people is in the terrace and next to it comfortable living room along with a large gas grill and decoration that help beautifying the space.
The three spacious bedrooms have nice views and plenty natural light and ventilation. The master room 48 M2 (516 SF) in the only room with access to the terrace has a beautiful bathroom with separate WC room and shower. The second bedroom 38 M2 (409 SF) has also a king bed, make up desk and walking closet included at the spacious bathroom with a balcony with ocean views. And, the third Bedroom 24 M2 (258 SF) is considered a den, has queen Murphy bed that allows users to do other activities in the room when is not occupied, this room also has its own full bathroom.

Cleaning staff will be there every Monday and Thursday from 10 - 12 pm. Additional cleaning will be charged separately and must be requested two days prior.

The complex

Sierra del Mar los Arcos is a development that has considered indulging visitors from a design management, health and security standpoint.

People staying at the complex have free access to the Beach Club House, a charming “Palapa” with a restaurant-bar that operates 6 days a week

Infinity pool and jacuzzi (both heated). This area has direct access to the beach, lounge areas with umbrellas and beach bar.

There are many activities to do during your vacation, kayaks, beach toys, snorkeling equipment and towels are available for visitors. Additionally, there are two gyms, one located below the Club House and another one in Arco Playa, the building next door. Only visitors staying at Arco Norte and Arco Playa have access to both gyms and the roof top terrace at Arco Playa.
Both gyms are equipped with state-of-the-art functional weight systems, elliptical, treadmills as well as free weights, yoga mats and benches.
These area and usage of ocean toys must be previously reserved at administration

This gated development provides security 24/7 and the site geography makes its beaches exclusive no one could access them if they don’t go through the guards’ house.
